I'd just like to see how many luniticks think Nathan D Browns a better player?

Nathan G is a much more classy player.

Nathan D. Brown is more reliable and more consistant. I would much rather him in my team than Nathan G. Brown.

diff types of player richmond's is more classy and has better skills overall and with his goal kicking ability will overall damage a team more then melbourne's will but he is a good running defender

but yeh i chose Richmond's in the end especially after a great start to the year and nathan d browns shocker last week vs farmer

Anybody who seriously thinks that Nathan D Brown is better should be BANNED from ever making a comment about football because he isnt in the same league as Richmonds Brown

Using some of your logic.
Better kick = generally Nathan G, but Nathan D gets his own pill creates plenty of attacking drive from the backline.
More goals = Nathan G, he's a forward he would want to, but there is nothing that fires Melbourne up more than Doggy Brown goals, he can kick them you know it's not a talent possessed by a select few.
7 goals kicked on them by Freo (sic) = He may have got seven goals kicked on him but believe me so would Nathan G if he played on the full back line one out with Farmer that day.
More consistent = Nathan G this year, interesting you toothless tiger fans find your courage to attack me this stage of the year reeking of opportunism it's very flattering you've rehashed my old thread but when things get tough let's who is still around.

Who would run through a brick wall for his mates = Nathan D
Who would not sell out his club for a big fat pay cheque = Nathan D
Who would = Nathan G.
Who costs a team close to 4x more a year for relatively similar output= Nathan G.
........... I rest my case.

I'd prefer Paul Chapman and Josh Hunt.

just because hes loyal to his club doesnt make him a better footballer then nathan g. he costs 4x more because he deserves 4x more then that hack nathan d. and you dont know nathan d wouldnt walk out on his club for a bigger pay check because hes probably never been offered one. and just being a tough player wont make u a good footballer(ask tim fleming)

Once again like most Richmond fans you cannot definitevly say why N.G is better instead you walk the tired old party line of denegrating N.D's ability.
The player you describe as a hack was a whisker away from all Australian last year.

I'm sorry it had to come to this but does a thread on BF of all places named Nathan D. Brown > Nathan G. Brown, necessarily mean I think he is a better footballer?

Rope a dope works again.

Overall package N.D Brown > N.G Brown
Nuff said. :)

Nathan G is the better player, but I'd take Nathan D at my club first.

This Richmond ********fest of late is getting a bit annoying, though.

A player like Nathan D Brown is pretty run of the mill.

Nathan G Brown is a freak, he can play anywhere on the park, takes a great grab, can kick goals from anywhere on either foot and his disposal is excellent.

I can't believe this is an issue, Nathan G is 10 times better than Nathan D.

Correct.

Melbourne Brown is not a 'very good' player.

Mearly a run of the mill 'averge footballer'.

I dont particuarly like Nathan G Brown and I like Nathan D Brown.

But the Brown who used to play for us and now for Richmond has always been and will always be a better player than Melbourne's Nathan Brown.

No you're just conformist, if you had been on here longer than 5 minutes and bothered to read the thread and associated with you would see my point of view.

Enjoy the mass mediocrity of conformity.

And BTW nice touch with the personal abuse I'm sure you'll score plenty of points with it around here..........

Sycophant.

Richmonds Brown is a better playmaker, better gamewinner, better mark and kick. IIRC he is also an All Australian in both the midfield and the forward line.

Melbournes Brown works harder, is a better defender and probably a better club man.

Overall I'd rather have the Brown that is 2nd on the goal kicking ladder but they are both good players.

We went on to recruit someone on $400,000, so I don't think it was a matter of money, he just wanted to join his lover.

Actually I believe most people thought Wallace would go to Richmond. I know that was common thought on the Bulldogs board and a few of my Richmond friends thought the same thing and heard whispers at the time.

Mate the whispers were on the outside. If you dont believe that some deals are done a year in advance then you are deluding yourself.

Wallace to coach Richmond in 2005 = the worst kept secret in football from September/October 2003.

For all the shyte-stirring on this and other threads by myself.

I do recognise N.G is a gun and he is far braver than I gave him credit for if that's the way he reacts to such a horrific injury.
My heart goes out to him and all Tiges fans, I hope he recovers well. :(

It is the worst accident I have seen in football since Jason Snell's broken ankle in 2001.
