Yes
13 H/O for South, not in the best players, wait till he get's some form up.

As long as Lade stays I don't care, he is about to become the biggest loser because we named an injury prone, out of form player as our captain.

he played extremely well, even got a big mention in the match report... a printing mistake of some sort more than anything to not have him in the best players
probably even BOG

I stated in another thread the last thing we need is to unsettle our only mid-age ruckman - especially one who lead the ruck in a premiership side. Otherwise we're left with 30+yo's and 18yo's. And no I don't count Toby.
I'd be playing him.

Big decísion to drop the captain, but it appears you will be better balance for it. What does the future hold for Primus?

Ruck Coach I would think and we better do that early before his current talents transform to coaching as well.
the afl ruined him by changing the rules so heavily against his style of rucking
even if he was not injured, he would be ineffective this year

Yeah...I found it strange that the Sunday Mail ran with the title "Deans Day Out" but he wasnt named in the best players. Makes it seem like they forgot to put his name in when they run with a heading like that. 19 disposals, 7 marks and 13 hitouts is a pretty good game statistics wise.
I want him in, but not at the expense of Lade, but Primus wont be gotten rid of. Hard situation unless they want to try 3 ruckmen again.
Definitely the most pleasing of those stats is the 7 marks. We are destined to not have Primus dropped all year regardless of form. If we win, Choco will say don't upset the balance. If we lose he'll say with the season gone we might as well play him back to form in the AFL anyway :(

How many of those 7 marks were overhead?? He hasn't taken 1 overhead mark at AFL level this year. Maybe he needs to take a few at training before he gets back into the side. I'd be reluctant to take Primus to Subi. Brogan's athleticism should get him a game over Primus at Subi, but I doubt it.

Primus is our captain and as such he won't be dropped. I can not remember a captain ever being dropped during a season. Brogan and Lade will most likely rotate with brogan playing at subi because he's more athletic than lade.

Being captain should not come with a big, gold plated pass. If it is necessary to drop the captain for any reason, it should be done. The interests of team and club are greater than any individual, regardless of their position.
Being captain should not come with a big, gold plated pass. If it is necessary to drop the captain for any reason, it should be done. True, especially when you have a Monolith.
But it rarely is; done.
