Just wondering if anyone from here has seen this show? It's on Wednesday nights on Fox Footy.
I was looking forward to seeing what it was like before the season started but I have to say it's pretty damn bad. Rebecca Wilson is a crappy host and the whole format gets boring after awhile.
I don't think it'll be on next year cause I can't see it rating well at all, well atleast I hope not anyway. I mean who wants to know that Robert Walls uses viagra?! Nobody needs to know that!
Also the thing that gets me is that it's on two channels! It's repeated throught the week on both Fox Footy and Fox 8. What's the point of that? It's hardly worthy of being on one station let alone two.

Wondred where my pig had got to ;) . I thought she was Rugby person? For her to get involved in AFL is a disgrace to people who actually know something about the game.

Yeah. I remember seeing her on The Fat and she knew bugger all about AFL. I have no idea why she's hosting a AFL show.
stmookeyj- I know LWF got bagged a lot but I thought it was pretty good. I liked seeing the other side of the players. It was a hell of a lot better than Lovematch.

She works on the RUGBY LEAGUE footy show and reports on rugby league in their papers and is from sydney doesnt try to hide it, why would fox footy bother with her? Because she's a female for a female-aimed show? Load of crap. Just roll out Tiff or some other token footy-trophy wife, theyre easier on the eyes and prboably not as lame

Rebecca Wilson is a crappy host
She know sweet-FA about Australian Rules football, and is a crap host.
She's on the panel on the Rugby League Footy Show and looks completely out of her depth there as well.
They had a big lovey-dovey session on Thursday night's ARL Footy Show to dispell rumours that she would be dumped from the show's cast.
Even after "the full endorsement" from Fatty, Stirlo, The Chief and co, she was still useless as an arse pocket on a singlet, and only made inane mutterings for the rest of the show.

Anything with Rebecca Wilson on it must be z grade quality. She is pathetic. She knows SFA and AFL and rugby league and has proven to be as weak as water on TV panel shows in the past.
She was the media manager for Super League when that was up and running. I'm amazed that she's hosting anything on Fox Footy as she's very much a League person. Also writes a gossip column in the sporting section of one of the Sunday papers in Sydney. She doesn't seem to mind running down the AFL, recall a few weeks she had a dig about TV ratings in Brisbane and how League was doing much better.
From the little I've seen of Lovematch, it's a very ordinary concept. It seems like Fox Footy feel like they need a token female's program. Surely they can come up with something better than this, Living with Footballers was a must watch in comparison.
