As a keen observer of school footy...who are the gun coaches and at what schools? What makes them so good? Motivational, tactical, etc

He has got an 85% winn/loss ratio at a pretty small school. its a good effort

I would say along with francis jacksoon, reed from xavier and the bloke from caulfield would have to up there... they have both been consistent over the past five years and deserve some recognition... heard the caulfield bloke is a bit of a pyshco if they lose thoguh!

For best coach how can you go past A W Lynch, APS premiership 2004 and probably 2005. Knowledgeable, motivational, intelligent and handsome. What more do you want?

Well no doubting he's a very good coach, but with the list Haileybury has, a piece of wood could achieve the same results.

Very well said mate, my dog could coach this Haileybury side and they would still win the premiership, those filthy cheats...
