I'm not a Dons supporter, but I do rate you guys, I was just wondering what you think of Joel? I was mates with him for a while when he was playing Falcons. Do you think he will be any good, and is he worth holding onto?

Im not too sure on him yet as he hasnt done much at AFL level, but i fear he may not be good enough.

His career has been set back by illness; he should be further along than he is.

They say he has pace, good disposal, and a wonderful footy brain (genetics at work there). I have yet to see any of these things myself.

At senior level he looks like a deer in the headlights. He is pushed around too easily which makes him tentative and his skills suffer accordingly. Looks like a boy playing a man's game and I don't think he'll make it unless he can build up enough strength to at least contest the hard ball.

Was BOG for Bendigo either last week or the week before, so he does seem to know what to do with the ball when he gets it.

I have a feeling you may be seeing more of him tonight. Looks like there could be a late change.

Joel Reynolds vs a Daniel Kerr or Braun would be interesting

He's in.

And so is Hunt.

Fletch and Zantuck both to miss, as expected.

I'm guessing Reynolds was then re-replaced in selected side by Zantuck?

Well, obviously Zantuck was okay (at least until he carked his knee up). I had heard prior to the game he was out.

Reynolds is a hack. Only gets by because of his grandfather.
