Hotdogs' night of sexual harassment

Hotdogs isn't the most popular housemate on the BBBA forums after his drunken behavior late on friday night. Most of his antics were captured on Big Brother Uplate.
His most alarming behavior was when he grabbed Vesna's brests and called her a "whorebag". Vesna then told him to "******** off".
Hotdogs also pulled down his pants infront of the girls and rubbed his penis. At various points throughout the night he cracked onto each of the girls.
Later on Hotdogs then grabbed Glenn's penis, much to Glenn's disgust. Glenn then yelled at Hotdogs.
If that wasn't bad enough Hotdogs washed the dishes without wearing any pants. During which he touched himself various times then continued washing.
Other incidents included Hotdogs touching his groin and then rubbing it on Tim's face and having fights with almost all of the housemates.
What has angered BBBA users the most is that Big Brother did not step in at any point to put a stop to Hotdog's drunk behavior. Previously when Christie was drunk she was held in the diary room just for jumping on the beds. As of yet we have not seen any punishment for Hotdogs.
Fellow reward room housemate Dean also grabbed Rachael's costume mask and rubbed it on his groin.
The following day Hotdogs apologised to Vesna but she did not take it very well. She said on the scale of 1 to 10 of how bad people have ever talked to her - Hotdogs scored a 10.
