Looks like we will miss out of Barry Hall. Should we be chasing someone else or free up our salary cap and hope our draft choices come on strong?

Yeah--it would help if SOS and Braddles make up their minds.

If we free up too much salary cap we will run into the 95% rule and have to pay our existing players more, which kind of misses the point.

Currently, the best option would be to chase someone else, like a McKernan or another good forward. Bradley and SOS are too vital now for them to leave, as the Kouta hole will show. Wait one year for first year senior players and young players to get more experience and game time, then we can worry...

Our backline will still be strong as it was this season, and our forward line will be stronger due to the confidence boost from Whitnall, the improvement of Lappin and Hickmott and maybe even the improvement of Fevola, plus maybe a good new forward from the trading period! As for the midfield... that area will still perform well with the likes of Ratten, Hulme, Bradley, Campo and Porter, whilst the Kouta hole may have an impact. Only time will tell I guess... only time will tell...
