what do you think of judds reaction to tagging

Just because you have the biggest piece of scum tagger in the comp, doesn't mean a Biased Poll will justify his actions. Hes a dog and always will be.

The thing is though. Its not "tagging" per say. Watch Senglein and Kirk 'tag' a player. They run with them all day make them accountable. They dont, scrag, jab and play dirty off the ball. They show you can shut down a player without resorting to dirty tactics. Rawlings and Baker don't have the natural talent of these guys so do the above to "tag" a player.
Judd is being physically held back from the contest at bounces and stoppges. Is this fair game? The Umpires need to start doing something about it.

Last time I checked Judd was the one who got reported, not Baker.

It's funny how people try to shoot down Judd and make him look bad, when the reality is ANY club would take him in a second, so shut the hell up! I'm sure that champion players have become frustrated with their tags in the past, people just conveniently forget to justify their arguement.

It is a huge weakness that has been exposed by the best tagger in the league, Bakes. :)

Judd should bash them, and keep bashing them
Make a point to the media/authorities that he isnt going to put up with cheats such as Rawlings. He shouldnt have to put up with such cheating tactics.

and the funny thing is west still racked up 16 touches and for the record andrew walker is a better tagger then baker and rawlings there both dogs who resort to cheating bescasue they cant hold the great CHRIS JUDD .

true it was amazing to watch...I quite enjoyed it personally ....enjoyed just as much seeing west get on with it though unlike judd

Walker is nowhere near them as a tagger ATM. Just because he has had a few good games don't say he's better than two established players.

question in the respective games of taggers v judd who has been reported more often
im pretty sure no tagger has been reported for an act involving judd however their are cases of vice-versa

Unfortunatly great players get heavily tagged untill it isnt funny anymore. I understand its a tactic and thats all good and fair, but sometimes i feel that they will never be the same player again eg; Judd winning the brownlow in a steller year, then not being able to have any room.
It happens in the forward line to eg: Davey, Ablett, Lovett.
But then again, players like judd still make space for themselves anyway lol
But Judd should get over it. he will always get attention cause of his skill

In the good old days players could break the tag,(ie hitmen), but those rules are now being enforced and the umpire does not turn a blind eye, but the umpires still turn a blind eye to the tactics the likes of baker employ.

I think you will find the old way tags were broken was to run the tagger of their feet but now with midfield rotations this is impossible....
hitmen did originate for the opposite purpose of what you describe

I think Judd is doing what great players have always done against taggers. That is when someone is hanging onto you off the ball you whack them to get free. But nowdays you have a camera devoted to the best players all day. That's how come he is getting reported.
Nothing he can really do about it and he knows it.

And I find it hilarious that all of these players "own" Judd, when few of them get much of the footy
Back on topic - I think he should start pushing these guys into the umpires, that'll make them take notice
