View Full Version : one-dayers start Sunday
And Victoria have to play even though club cricket hasn't started yet, unlike interstate.
Why?

Do we even have a coach? And Funky Miller didn't even get in the squad! Disgrace.
Victoria will not win the one day matches, or the Pura milk cup. It should be a great season for the QLD boys, in both forms of the game. Well, that is what I am hoping anyway. I am hoping that my support will see QLD win both forms of Cricket.
Yeah, that's strange that the Vics haven't even started club cricket yet. We've been going for three weeks already up here in NSW.
Although it does look as though the Blues will have a few injuries for the first macth vs. VIC as Steve Waugh and Brett Lee will both be missing.
I was watching Michael Bevan play down at Manly the other week and he looks in great form....

Too soon IMO. They should start in late October to get a real interest for the cricket season. The question I want to know is, will the Vics be wearing shorts again this summer :D

It's not strange, it's because you can't use the footy grounds until the footy season's over.
Club cricket still hasn't started because it was all washed out this week except for non-turf comps.
