Am also studying it for year 12.
Love the one liners from Jerome/Eugene.
I studied it for yr 12 last year. Its not a bad film, gets a bit tedious after many viewings though! I could probably quote the whole movie

Studying it for year 12 right now. Overall I think it's a good movie, probably be sick of it by the end of the year, but its pretty entertaining for something you've got to study for school.

Might see if I can slip that one into an essay.
Probably the best film in recent times dealing with genetic engineering.
Great sets and costume designs not to mention the presence of Uma Thurman.

Probably the best film in recent times dealing with genetic engineering.
Would it not be the only film in recent times dealing with genetic engineering?

I'm pretty sure there's been others but they weren't all that memorable.

Yeah, we studied it late last term, and for the actual movie, i did enjoy watching it more than once, but if i watched it now, i probably wouldn't be enjoying it as much, I don't know why.
It is a movie which some people love to watch, and myself as somebody who isn't a Sci-Fi fan, (never watched Star Wars, Star Trek) it was okay. Best movie i have studied in English i would think though.

Seems like a lot of Year 12 school are studying this film. We too are. Good film although when we have to write a page per scene (36 scenes) it does get quite annoying.

Well we watched it in year 9 science, and didnt do any work on it, so it was a good time waster.
So there. :p

Excellent movie, I have it on DVD & never get sick of watching it.
I studied it in Year 12 a few years ago and enjoyed. At the very least it brings back memories becuase my friends and I would constantly quote random lines to one another.
Our favourite was, "But...but it's just trash." That one will often get looked over but we just fell in love with the way the cleaner said it. He really wanted that trash.

Watched it in science last year. I felt it went pretty quickly once I got the drift of it, but it's a great movie. Makes you think about genetic engineering and things related to it
