Hunt has to play and at full back. We saw last week what happens when you play guys on the last line with no experience in the position. Id have Hunt, Nash, Cupido and Bradley as my bench but i doubt the match comittee will see it that way.

Have Monfries and Thomas qualified for VFL finals yet? if so i think they should be included.

Sammy Hunt must play this game and next week or i'm convinced they dont want him, backline speaks for itself why he needs to play this week or Fev will kick 10 on no-one.

Both have.

The split is Max. 12 (AFL) / Min. 7 (VFL) to qualify.

I think of those named on the bench Hunt, Kepler, Nash and Thomas will play.
Peverill, Tristian, Cupes to miss out.

One of the few times this season I've liked the selected side.

I'd be very happy with that (though i'd like Cupes in but i think Sheedy already said he wouldn't be). Be surprised if Pev is out though.

I heard Pev has an injury, but I don't know how accurate it is.

Bloody hope Thommo gets a go this week. Joke that Bullen was picked ahead of him last week. Also very glad to see Nash and Monfries back.

Cupido and Cartledge have been named in the Bendigo team for their match tomorrow morning down at Sleepy Hollow.

If Peverill is injured, he'll be out, but, if he's fit, it'll be Nash out.

More likely Hunt.

More likely Hunt.

Yeah probably.

Just on the side itself though, look at the layout. I swear someone wears a blindfold to come up with the line-up!

Here's how it will actually look:

B: M. Johnson, Richards, Welsh
HB: McVeigh, Bradley, Lovett-Murray
C: Slattery, J. Johnson, Monfries
HF: Lucas, Watson, Lovett
F: Hird, Lloyd, Stanton
R: Hille, Bolton, Dyson
Int from: Hunt, Cartledge, Cupido, Winderlich, Nash, Thomas, Peverill

Certainly reads a heck of a lot better than the way the club did it...and makes more sense as well!

My bench for Sunday: Hunt, Winderlich, Thomas, Nash/Peverill

NLM is playing in the VFL according to the coodabeens. Hopefully it is just to practice his kick ins for tomorow. Or maybe they just didn't have enough players for 2 teams and he'll be playing both games. Very strange if he has been dropped because he's done pretty well recently.

Very strange. Could it be to give him enough VFL games to play finals or something ?

Someone mentioned that sort of thing happening earlier in the week.
Very strange though. He's been terrific the last couple of games.
