Do you go to the Pura Milk Cup matches, or not? I do go, but I have never gone for any more than one day during the same Pura milk cup game.

I've never been to a Pura Cup first class match, but I have been to a few at the WACA when it was called the Sheffield Shield. Likewise, I have never gone on multiple days of the match.

I have gone on the 3rd day before, but most of the time, I will go during the last day.

Yeah, usually I go with a few mates, sit on the Hill at Adelaide Oval when there's only 10 people in the ground, down a few drinks and watch Blewey or Lehmann thrash a century. Probably wouldn't go for more than one day in any one Pura Cup match though.

I have not been for years. I'd like to go but they are playing a lot of matches at Punt Rd Oval which puts me off.

I like going to games when I don't have other commitments with work and study. Which day(s) I attend would also depend on the status of the game at stumps the previous day - ie. rather watch just about any side bat, other than Victoria.

It's really good value getting along to a game when there are several test/fringe players playing on both sides. International cricket is getting too expensive, and it's always a risky proposition in Melbourne, to pay $30-40 when the weather is always a chance to ruin a game.

I'd imagine places like Punt Rd would be a lot better for Sheffield Shield games because of the closeness of the ground to the viewing areas - but I've only been to see games at the MCG where the atmosphere is dead (a good Shield crowd of 3,000 still leaves the stadium 97% empty).

Yeah, I go. I'm a member of the Doug Walters Club, so I go quite often. Didn't go out to Bankstown yesterday....damn! Had to play cricket...
