The vitriol on the match thread regarding England coming off for bad light is pathetic
What do you think Australia would do if the series was theres if they only had to draw?

If the Aussies do it, it makes no difference, I'll still think it's gutless
Just like we did when we took the Light two days ago
Just like England begging for rain and light throughout this match
don't have a problem with england, it's those idiot umpires who offered the light while warne was bowling... has bad light ever been offered when a spinner is bowling before?

Whatever happens, coming off for bad light now is not the reason we lost the ashes. How can a team slump from 260/1 to 360 all out, gutless stuff.

But i think they've changed the official wording of the rule
Its not just if the light is a safety risk to players, i think it may be if it hinders judgement
Once again, this thread isnt defending the umps, i'm more disbelieving some of the ridiculous comments on the match thread

I assume England will carry on about how they were good enough to knock off Australia, but apparently they aren't good enough to face Shane Warne and some other part-timer on a dull afternoon.
