I just want to see England get smashed
Just to take the smile of Vaughans Dial and too shut up those fools like Botham and Willis on how good this england side is
My preferred scenario would be england to have to chase to win every test match and to watch them fall over like tenpins on a spinning deck against saqlane mustaq

When was the last time the Aussies even went to Pakistan?
Not even your superstar side of the last 5 years could beat the Pakis in Pakistan, as they were to scared of a challenge, so if we win we prove once again we are better than Australia ;)
Beat India in India then I'll believe it
It may bring a smile to the Aussies faces, but im afraid to say it wont happen.

It may bring a smile to the Aussies faces, but im afraid to say it wont happen.
Id think you might revise that opinion if your chasing instead of setting a target
1 fact is certain = England cannot play spin
Add that to the fact Saqulain mustaq is playing on his homwtown dustbowls and all ready England look vulnerable
Add that to the fact Giles wont worry any pakistan batsmen
Add that to the fact if England have to chase a target over 100 then they probably have ******** all chance of winning

I will replace the Ashes avatar when with the Pura Cup or ING cup when the Vics win it, or when we lose the Ashes, whichever comes first :p

how could it make aussies look better, if weak teams like the pakis beat england then it makes aus look worse for not beating england, if england beat these teams it makes them more credible and our loss's don't seem as bad id rather see the poms go undefeated till they face us in the ashes again

wont happen, remember when oz went over there a few years ago with a quality pace attack and bowled the pakis out for a pair of 50's or something silly like that, well the pommy pace attack is similar and granted the pakis have improved, england should be to strong and would be prety confident after the ashes. IMHO

Australia played them on neutral territory, been a while since Australia actually played in Pakistan
Poms getting smashed? What Aussie doesn't like that happening? It's like Collingwood getting smashed

We didn't play there as a protest against the Human Rights abuses of the Mugabe regime. A decision that I, and most other English Crickets fans were proud of and supported.

Australia refused to go to Zimbabwe as well and then have the nerve to whinge about Warney not playing Zimbabwe and Bangladesh more often
And as has already been mentioned, Mark Waughs last series was on neutral territory against Pakistan

Saqlain is struggling to get in the team at the moment. I think the Poms have a better than even chance if you look at the comparative batting and Pakistan's fragile state of mind when they lose a few wickets and inconsistent pace attack. The boundaries that the Pakistani's give up will be the key.
