These issues never firm up until the new year. Coaching changes are the thing this time of year, and with vacancies in A Section, no doubt of some interest. Will Dale Tapping continue to ply his trade somewhere else? Will Serge "Two Strikes" D'Angelo get a senior job after his premiership in the Two? Who takes Trinity? .

Coach Tapping has been linked to Old Essendon.

Phil Gaut was appointed as sole senior coach of Old Trinity yesterday. Has been our senior assistant since 1999, and co-senior coach with Carlson in 2004 and 2005.
Applications were shortlisted to 6 interviewees who all presented well, but Gaut's familiarity with the playing list and the new ideas and enthusiasm he brings made him the clear standout.

Whitefriars will lose at least 4 players from the firsts, maybe up to 7.

Hey Friar Kid
Patty Mannix is coaching next year. Most bizzare and entertaining player I've ever seen is Pat...
