Ghost Whisperer (bought by Seven) - consistently very good, #1 for Friday night
Threshold (Ten output) - consistently average, won its slot but lost a lot of audience from lead in Ghost Whisperer and lead out Numb3rs
Hot Properties (Nine output) Premiered second in its slot, but not great numbers
Add The West Wing to the list of struggling returning shows, 4th in its slot this week
Add Criminal Minds, which I've been putting as Ten, to Seven's list, they've bought that too, which leaves Ten with 1 show that's worked, Nine with none and Seven with about 8
CBS has ordered a new sitcom from the creators of Friends for mid-season, that one will probably go to Nine but whether they show it is another matter
Sunday
6. Crazy Videos - 1.279
How did so many idiots sit through that crap ?
I flicked over halfway into it,just to see how bad it was.It was really bad and I flicked over 5 minutes later.
The host [Holly ? ] has got the most annoying voice.Even worse then Ben Dark or Tom Williams.
They used canned laughter because the audience weren't laughing [like a Rove audience].
i watched it just to see Holly.

Sunday
5. Bathurst - 1.30 (average over nearly 7 hours)
Peaked at nearly 1.7 million according to the motorsports forums that I frequent. Truly the great race.
5. Bathurst - 1.30 (average over nearly 7 hours)
That means a lot of cans were drunk!

How did so many idiots sit through that crap ?
I've been asking the same question about that strangely similar video show on Nine for about the last five years. And I have come to the conclusion that people are stupid.

How I Met Your Mother slipped a bit, Prison Break not on because of the baseball, Out Of Practice also down a bit thanks to the baseball opposition, no change for Surface, it's still ok
From Marc Berman at mediaweek who knows a lot more about US TV than me:
Confirmed picked up by Seven
My Name Is Earl: full season renewal.
Prison Break: full season renewal.
Commander in Chief: shoo-in for a full-season renewal.
Criminal Minds: shoo-in for a full-season renewal.
Ghost Whisperer: shoo-in for a full-season renewal.
Bones: shoo-in for a full-season renewal.
Output deal I think with Seven
How I Met Your Mother: on the fence.
Surface: on the fence.
Three Wishes: on the fence.
Night Stalker: the axe could swing before November.
Kitchen Confidential: the axe could swing before November.
Output deal I think with Nine
Supernatural: full season renewal.
Invasion: expected full season pick-up.
The War at Home: expected full season pick-up.
Freddie: debuting tomorrow.
Hot Properties: too soon to tell.
Close To Home: too soon to tell.
Related: too soon to tell.
E-Ring: on the fence.
Reunion: on the fence.
Twins: on the fence.
The Apprentice: Martha Stewart: one season failure.
Just Legal: canceled.
Output deal I think with Ten
Everybody Hates Chris: full season renewal.
Threshold: expected full season pick-up.
Love, Inc.: on the fence.
Out Of Practice: waiting for the axe to swing.
Head Cases: canceled.
Sex, Love & Secrets: canceled.
Don't think there's any output deal
Killer Instinct: growth out of lead-in Malcolm in the Middle offers minor hope.
Inconceivable: canceled.
What season is Seven up to?Season 3 episode 19, they're repeating earlier seasons at 11am too
So can we extrapolate from that that 7 seems have the pick of next year’s hottest new shows as well???

http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/6150/usflag0pl.gif
Close to Home kept most of it's audience from last week's premiere, nothing worth mentioning in the rest
Bones and The War At Home have been picked up for full seasons

If the B Team only got 776, and was the lead in show for the Ronnie Johns Half Hour would i be right to assume that didnt rate overly well.. What did it get?

Movements

Bert Newton and Ten are arguing over a contract to continue with GMA next year. Mark Holden is rumoured to be the backup plan
Peter Hitchener has re-signed with Nine for another 5 years
Charles Wooley has quit 60 Minutes to take up a radio job. They've decided 4 reporters is enough and he will not be replaced.

Stupid Behaviour Caught on Tape replaces The Mole at 7:30 Thursday from the 3rd.
The first week will be a double episode, after that Arrested Development and Scrubs will return to the 11-12 hour.
Will that be the second series of Arrested Development? A great show shown on a crap timeslot! Thank god for DVDs and Foxtel.

OK debut for Freddie (Nine comedy), Night Stalker continues to struggle, as do Alias and Joey
Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer and How I Met Your Mother have all been given full seasons (and they're all Seven). CBS have also asked for a few more scripts of Out of Practice and Threshold. Fox has dumped The Simple Life but 2 other networks are considering picking it up
