The recorded bit is more for the public's eye. They were first recorded for the public in 1993, with more games before that though. I am sure there is atleast 10 players who have amassed more than 46 in VFL/AFL Games though.

See, the thing is, you spend a lot of time posting on the Collingwood board.
I would think that considering this is your new home, that you wouldn't want to upset the regulars here.

Yeah i wouldn't be suprised, we do have the largest fan base in Australia so we actually might have the most morons, but at least its safe to say that at least 55-60% of fans at a Collingwood game week in week out are Collingwood fans so it also makes us the most loyal.. unlike your mob, i mean you can't even stick to your own WCE board.. such a joke ;)

Well we all know that Collingwood has 14 and essendon and carlton both sit on 16. The way i see it is that Collingwood held the most flags for the longest period of time. We lost our crown after losing the 1981 flag, so in that case when essendon and carlton hold them most flags for a longer period than what we did then they can truley say they are the best!!!!!
anyone kind of agree with me on this thoery?

Let's not forget that Collingwood also holds the record for the most records held in the VFL/AFL! :D
I reckonif you looked at figures up to 1958, we would have held close to all records possible, including (of course) premierships (and tied for least wooden spoons). :thumbsu:

We have a medal for the best player in a GF. We name it after a bloke with a so-so footy career and who's not one of the best two GF coaches. Why is that?
