Yep the year the Australia Film Industry hit back... :rolleyes:

There is a movie coming out next month called Wolf Creek, and in my opinion thats what this country needs to be making. Well crafted genre pics that look a million bucks even if they might of only cost that much to make. If we want to get people back in the cinemas thats what we need to be producing. Once we have done that and put some money in the coffers of our film finance groups we can start thinking about the arty shyte.

Weinstein brothers certainly think so.

They've given the director Greg McLean $25 million to shoot 'Rogue' up in the top end.
