You can't play if you play for Victoria clap clap, clap clap clap, clap clap clap clap, clap clap:D .

That was one of the most tense games of Cricket I have ever been to, and QLD showed that when the pressure was really on, they could handle it better than their opponents. I think most people near me knew that I was supporting the Bulls, and when the last run was hit, I jumped out of my seat, and was so excited, I tripped over the steps that were near me. Big Kev has never been as excited as I was at that moment.

I think we lost our 9th wicket with 11 more runs still needed, and the last pair did themselves, and their state proud. Typical Victorians. Would other states have allowed us to win a game like that?

A very good weekend for QLD Cricket. We got the points in both forms of the game. Even though we only got 2 points in the four day game, that is 2 more points than the Vics got.

Victory is always so much sweeter when we knock off the Vics.

Does anyone have anything to say in defence of your sides performance?

Sorry guys. I just could not resist. But, as I have bagged your side a few times this week, I think you knew a post like this was going to happen if we had won.

Brilliant running by Bic & Kasper saved the day for us! I feel very ditraught for Berry being unable to collect that simple return from the outfield, but that's the way it goes sometimes. :p I have a question though for anyone who was at the game - the "PAR" score that was on the scoreboard was the score that QLD had to be in order for them to win if it started to piss down, yes?

Yes, that is correct. We had to be that score or higher to win. I don't know if you saw the flash of lightening. I did, and I thought it was going to rain. If it had, we would have won.

You are too kind. I have no sympathy for him. I was glad it happened, and I am hoping that he will make even worse mistakes than that when they play at Brisbane.

When we play them next time, I hope we win by 10 wickets in both forms of the game. If I want to beat anyone, it is the Vics.

Darren Berry is an awesome bloke. I dont think it was his fault, the throw in from the out-field wasnt the best you'll ever see, actually, it was pretty poor. Fielding in the outfield, u have 2 options. Bounce it 10 metres infront of the keeper hard and flat, or get it in on the full, hip high.
The throw in yesterday bounced just short of berry, extremely hard to take.
I wish i had of gone to the game, but wasnt aware of it being on :(

I am not sure if I will go next week. It depends on a few things, but I am almost 100% sure that next Sunday at Punt road, the Vics will play SA.

I didn't realise you played in that game, and I also didn't realise that you were either the player who dropped the catch, or right next to the player who did. You must have played, otherwise you would not know if he caught it or not. The 3rd umpire couldn't even work it out.

I would not have walked either. Just because the Vic said he caught it, it does not mean that he did, and knowing this, I would have stayed until the 3rd umpire made his decision. Trust in cricket players is not a thing that I would rate highly these days.

I see it all the time. The player in the field thinks he has caught the ball, the batsman is given not out, and then the bowling side is still able to get that same batsman out a few overs later. The fact that the vics could not do this make me think that they did not deserve to win.

If a player says they caught it, thats how it has always been and how it should be.......... unless that players a Sri Lankan
