I know I'm in enemy territory here, but I was just curious. Did the Dockers announce a team of the decade?

Not an official one as far as I know. Dockerland did one but that, of course, was unofficial.

LLloyd was Full Forward and McLeod was in there as well. Metropolis was unlucky to miss out.

No, unlike the letting the marketing dept do stupid things like "5 year member hats" and "10 years of Freo poster" (and the other mob's 2005 premiership T-shirts in June), they wisely decided to wait until we've actually achieved something before doing something like that.

So what would all you guys pick as their 10th anniversary side?
What I can think of is:
B: Chisholm Parker Grover
HB: Kickett Mann Cook
W: McManus Hasleby Walker
HF: Waterhouse Pavlich Abraham
F: Farmer Modra Medhurst
R: Burton Fletcher Bell
INT: J.Longmuir M.Carr Bond Wills
Ok, nevermind. Now I understand why. While there are some great players in the side, I was struggling near the end to round it out. It's a decent side, but I think the 20th anniversary side will look 100 times stronger.

From memory weren't both Lloyd and McLeod unavailable to us but because they happened to be in the same draft or something it's our screw-up?

I don't think Lloyd was ever available to Fremantle. Essendon got him as a 16 year as compensation for losing Todd Ridley if I remember correctly.
McLeod was available to be signed but Neesham turned him off and he didn't want to play for the club. He was traded to Adelaide for Chris Groom.
