eddie's hero is gone, so England probably improve their chjances, although MT didn't do that well when he skippered before, IIRC...
Pakistan also adding heavy security around Multan because there has been a lot of sectarian violence.
Looking forward to BBC coverage....
Actually, Tres has done well as captain. His batting record in ODI's and Tests as captain is outstanding.
He has only captained England 6 times before though. 5 ODIs and a test. He won the test and three of the ODI's.

Tactically Trescothick will be remembered for one of the most boring sessions I've seen in cricket
Instead of taking the new ball and roll out the Kiwis who were struggling, he kept going on and bowled Ashley ********ing Giles for another 40 overs or something beyond the 80 over mark, not only did they not get any wickets, but the bull******** with Giles bowling over the wicket to right handers and the Kiwis padding him away ensured an extremely boring couple of hours
Then surprise surprise, they took the new ball after the old one split and can't possibly continue with it, and they rolled out the Kiwis in no time.
If that's the best of Tres's captaincy then he would need to do a lot better than that
