View Full Version : Who watches The Bold & The Beautiful here?
Ok i admit it.
I watch more than my fair share of Bold & The Beautiful. Ever since High School when id come home just in time for it, it has always been a perverse, guilty kind of pleasure for me.
The bizzare, incestuous storylines. Surely Brooke is due to have a crack at Thomas (Ridge's son) one of these days. Its about the only Forrestor bloke she hasnt had a crack at, the dirty ho.
The softly lit, hilarious, 'thinking out loud' sequences...."How could you leave me again Ridge...." "Ohhhhh Nick, how could you leave me for my mother"......
Ridge Forrestor's 'Break your hand on it' square jaw.
The "havent laughed so hard since the Baywatch music/bikini/video interludes" musical numbers performed by Nick...
The hilariously over acted confrontation scenes.
You can keep your Office's and Little Britain's, Bold & The Beautiful is truly the funniest programme on television.
Agreed??

30 years or so!! my nan watches it religously every day.. and theres strictly no talking for that hour.. even the ad breaks are off limit!! passions was worse.. the main actor was a ********ing doll
Isn't that the show where the kids aged rather quickly ?
Ridge and the blonde chick had kids that should be in their early teens, yet they're nearly as old as their parents.
All the characters in that show seem to get married, get divorced, get married to someone else, then get divorced and then end up marrying the first hubby/wife again.

UNIT, your views and opinions never EVER cease to amaze me.
Eric, Ridge and Thorn have all been married to Brooke
But of the Forrester men, it's on Ridge that she's hooked

I will confess - I tape it every day and watch it in the morning with my cereal and cup of tea!!! Takes me about 10 minutes to whizz through it though. FF the ads and all the bits with the long stares and talking to themselves, anything to do with Jackweline (sic) or Massimo also sees me hit FF the button.
It is my little bit of escapism. It truly is hysterical! The current storylione with Bridget and the test she has on Nick re the baby etc is brilliant.
I am hooked.
Anyone else notice how f*d up Deakin's walk was!!! Taylor used to be gorgeous but now has lips fit for a goldfish and breasts that would re-float a tanker!

I remember seeing a bit years ago where I think Eric's son actually turned out to be Ridge's [Eric's son] son.
Only in America
Is the freaky big ugly chick that wheres a tonne of make up still in it ?
I think her name was Sally. She'd give any kid nightmares.

Yeah she is still in there...Sally "Looks like a Drag Queen" Spectra.
Brooke just cracks me up...She has been married to Ridge about five times and has a son by him. She has been married to Ridge's father (Eric) and has a daughter and son by him. She has been married to Ridge's brother (Thorne) and if i remember rightly miscarried his baby. She got as far as the altar with Ridge's half brother (Nick). She has had a baby by her daughters husband (Deacon), and is presently in the process of being the 'other woman' to her daughter again with Nick. Like i said, its only a matter of time before she has a crack at Thomas (Ridge's son).
A true skank.

I love it and i tape it everyday. I've been hooked since primary school.
The thing i don't get is why the hell are Brooke and Nick getting so close after Bridget went all psycho. You'd think they would keep their distance.
And i agree about Taylor. Wow......it's so ******* obvious what she's done to herself. Those lips are crap as.
UNIT, you have got to be kidding.
I think its ok to watch it if u are female.

it started (IIRC) in 1986, and it goes for 30 mins, you might be thinking of Days of our Lives or The Young & The Restless.
I think its ok to watch it if u are female.

Unit, you have well and truly proven that you are a weirdo. You have nothing on anyone else anymore.
