Maybe it should be the LtD-eddiesmith Trophy?
However, having said that, a look at the tables show the Vics still ahead of us. As much of a barracker as I am, it will take a big effort from the boys to get a win- compete for the final

Lets put it this way
To make the Pura Cup final you need 36 points or so
20-24 atleast from home game, 10-16 from away games, we have 14 already with 2 away games left
You have played 2 home games, we have played 3 away games and we are still on top of QLD
We are in a great position, getting the 2 points was great in this game, I would be more upset if we got nothing from this game

Thats of course going on the theory that you win your home games. The ground that you described as like an away match.
I hope we play Victoria in the final. That would be funny as.

Vics won't make the final with a top order of Klinger,Arnberger and Jewell.
Pace attack is solid, top order batting is rubbish. Mash could be a find.

Queenslanders are fine ones to talk, serial loesers when it comes to cricket.
Couldnt win a final if they tried. Havent won a final for ages. One day final chocked. Sheild final chocked. Same the year before chocked chocked and chocked again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again. :thumbsd:

It is better to be in the final with a chance to win than not making it at all.

It would be funny, for once we would be more weakened by International selection than NSW :p

With 1 win in our history there, its not the easiest trip in the world
In terms of road trips in Australia, it ranks at no3, with Brisbane and Perth at 1 and 2

Do Queensland and NSW ever play games away from home? Probably why Queensland can't win when it comes to the finals. Hopeless. Absolutely hopless. Chokers.

Congrats to your boys LtD. Thoroughly deserved the win after a great 2nd innings. After that I thought we were no chance, but I was still disappointed with the way we collapsed on that pitch.
But we got 2 points from the game, which I think is a very good result when we were absolutely dominated (we should have made more than 190 in the first dig). And we've still got 2 away wins under our belts.
Good to see my boy the Monster Mash show some potential.
