footydraft didnt even have him as a possible draftee.
did anyone think he would go this early,
considering swalloow was still available and the quality of some players that missed out

Yeah he seemed a popular pick in the draft game thread to go undrafted. Whats the deal?
Absolutely standard Scott Clayton pick. Does it every year. Picks out a pencil thin muppet with pace and great kicking and jumps on him early. They'll put Addison in the reserves for 3 years and then 'all of a sudden' have another in their production line of exciting midfielders.

Good young kid.
Played with my local club St George here in Sydney.
Yes, I suppose it was a surprise at 27.
But with development under Rodney Eade, hopefully the Western Bulldogs will have themselves a good footballer.
