View Full Version : Jenner hit by a wrong un
I must say I was really surprised the young man did not get picked up in the draft. He played some very good game for the PAFC in the games I saw.
Also suprised Bode and Reischbeth did not get picked up as well.
Some very good talent still available.
Lets hope we get some of these boys on our rookie list.
See Rookie list nomination i put on other post.

It seems that clubs realised there would be a lot of top age players available for the rookie draft so stocked up on bottom age players that wouldnt be eligible for that draft to get them before their stocks rise (or fall) next year.

Macca 19 you may have seen more of him. Do you think he has what it takes to make it at the next level?

I think he has a football brain that a lot of current AFL players would envy. Athletically I think lets him down a bit. Hes more a natural forward but is far too slow to ever make it as an AFL small forward. He is very slow off the mark but once started he can be quite pacey. Skillswise he is pretty good.
I cant see him ever being an AFL regular, but I think he would be worth a rookie spot just to see how he can improve his game with some help from an AFL club.

Agree have been a fan of Jenner - not aware of pace issues
Hopefully gets an invite to the AFC rookie camp
