Tom Redden has been a potential draftee 2 years running and missed out both years...
I thought he was a certaintiy this year...maybe a Rookie spot?

Hasn't done well this year from reports I've heard. Struggled and i think he's having trouble to stay in one position. He's that In between height were he could be a midfielder or KPP.

Probably a valuable rookie pick.
Is very very slow and flat-footed by the standards of midfielders. Ryan Jackson could burn him off. As a KP player? Well just doesn't look to have the talent for that.
What about Kirkby then? Delisted by Hawthorn as a Rookie. He seemed as if he has a lot of talent.

He does, but he also has drawbacks. I'm a big fan and he's still training at the club, but his mobility is an issue.
Any forward with mobility questions won't get taken by Richmond. Not with Wallace in charge.
