If anyone that is a Richmond fan that still gives Joel crap should wake up to themselves. lol he should be captain there is no doubt there. To hear people say Bowden should not of won the b&f is crap as well he had a good year. Stuff Johnson Best thing for this club is JOEL for Captain :thumbsu:

A much improved player in regards to team orientation, hardness, courage. He plays more for the team since last year and he has got rid of the selfish side of his game ;). He always had alot of class and is becoming a complete player.

I agree with everything here except the captain part.
Richo should be captain ;)

Kane Johnson is a good captain and i'm really happy with him. He's tougher than most at richmond and I reckon where on the right track with him. Watch the last qrt against hawthorn in rnd 21. Real captain effort. I dont understand why ppl dont think he's cut out for it.

From all reports KJ is a fine captain and everyone respects him greatly. Just because your Capt isnt on the Collingwood show every second week whoring himself or in the media almost daily, doesnt mean he is not doing the job he's been appointed too.
And on Joel, fine player who over the last 2 seasons has worked himself into the elite level of AFL. He now believes in himself fully and knows what it takes. Funnily enough the change came about after the King of Spoons dropped him and he's never looked back.
Joel deserved both B&Fs. He has turned his career around and will be remembered for the second half of his career :thumbsu:

Bowden very much deserved everything he has got the last 2 seasons. He is one of the better players in the AFL and gold for us comming off that back flank. Runs, hard at it, good body size, good skills. Tough as nails to play with the injury last year.
Kane Johnson is a very good captian and should remain in that role for us.
