I would think that it was not a decision that Penny took lightly .
He certainly had a huge potential and as much as I am disappointed that he has taken this decision , I do wish Luke Penny all the best for the future.
Talent to watch for sure , I just hope and pray that he doesnt show up somewhere else in the next couple of seasons .
