Should be a good game, who ever Bats first will most likely win the game as the pitch will slow down and break up in the second innings.
and break up in the second innings.Just like England when ever they bat! Getting pwned by the Pakis was a joke!!:D

Meanwhile Australia are to scared to play there for 10 years
England have a great ODI team. A dying pitch is nothing to worry about, just gotta keep the runs ticking over and have Pietersen/Flintoff in at the end and with Afridi out those totals are probably out of reach. However, Inzi is in top form and if he can play with Youhana the Pakis are a great chance. I still think England to win comfortably, but Pakistan have the ability to upset England

It's not our fault Pakistan likes to blow themselves up when we are about to tour.

Our one day team sucks, we are well down the ODI rankings
I don't really care about how wins, but i'm on Salman Butt to score more runs that Hameed.
Butt @ 1.85, Hameed @ 1.95
Butt= great form, Hameed = no form.
The match itself could go either way.
Meanwhile Australia are to scared to play there for 10 years
Only you could bring Australia into a thread about Pakistan and England... good one.

ICC rankings mean nothing. Brett Lee is the no.2 ODI bowler in the world, apparantly.

Makes the last team they beat look even better doesn't it. :D

Agreed :(
Englands trademark in one day games is batting collapses. I don't personally rate our one day side Edward either.

Great to see you crawl back out from under your rock ..the other pommy supporters have been carrying your load while you have been hiding your ugly head ...how well did the poms go in the Paki test series ????

Is an absolute road, high scoring match in hand. Prior out for 45, lost the ball in the crowd, LBW on a full toss.

It was a James Marshall type dismissal.

49.6 Mohammad Sami to Flintoff, no run, full ball, just outside off and
Flintoff leaves it alone through to keeper

Pakistan 24/1 off 4.1 overs.
Anderson with 1 wicket.
Salman 'pain in the' Butt and Inzapain are really beginning to get on my nerves now  Inzy isn't batting yet but I just know he will do well.
Might be worth playing Freddie as a batsman only again like England did last year a few times. He just looks fatigued at the moment. :(

eddie eddie eddie getting off the topic at hand again. but while you so did that australia toured pakisatn in 82,88,94,98 and the 02 series was played in sri lanka/uae and kenya for the odi's.
england on the other hand toured pakistan in 1987 then 2001 was the next time, making that 14 years between test series. although i do remember the poms getting whipped there in the 96 world cup group matches :thumbsu:

Well, as you SHOULD know, eddie- I really don't give a damn about hit and giggle cricket
Collingwood aint a superstar....much in the Cam White mode, but at least White is younger....he may develop, but NOT as an all rounder.
Well done to the Poms on winning a one dayer...
Test series was 2-0 to Pakistan
We didn't miss Vaughan's batting then. No surprises there

Good solid win there, great knock by Strauss - a shame he threw away a century. Nice bowling from Freddie, Colly & Plunkett. Thought Harmy was a bit wayward, Anderson did OK though.
