Wow, great stuff, well done Matty for getting the profile.
Very exciting prospect, lets just hope his potential leads him somewhere with us rather than say the way of a Ruory Kirby.
But a KPP CHB or Ruck, very very good.
Nice one, but perhaps we ought to cool our jets a touch as this Wisby fella:
(a) has waaaaaaay too much time on his hands if he pumps out profiles of this depth on each and every draft prospect; and
(b) he said the kid would go at 3 in the national draft, and he didn't even go in the top 60 - says something about his ability to judge football flesh doesn't it?
Having said that, McEntee's young, raw and could be anything (including a dud)

Could you please provide evidence of where Wisbey said that McEntee would go at Number 3 in the draft.
Every thing I have read or hear Wisbey say has never suggested McEntee would be drafted at number 3.

Oops, Error!!
I just re-read the posting and noticed he nominated #2 and it was dated 14/12 and therefore must clearly have been rookie draft focused. I erroneously presumed it was a national draft profile.
My bad, you're good. Apology proffered. :p

No, You were right the first time. Wisby's ranking was for the national draft. However i think his ranking was based on not which number he thought the player would be taken in the draft but their overall potential to develop into a star. Therefore he was basically saying McEntee he rated as the second best player potentially out of the whole 2005 draft pool. However his opinion is often very different to other draft experts.
Trust me McKentee is a steal and will be a player

"*MY RANKING (not meant to reflect appropriate draft pick to use): 2"
"I suspect he will go about latish round 1."
you were right in that he ranked him at no 2 for the national draft (but does not say that is what pick should be used for him) but he only expected him to go between 15 and 20. He was not the only one who thought he would go that high.
Sorry about being pedantic.
