Jessica Rowe is named the new co-host of Today with Toothpaste Karl Stefanovic. It is a big blow for 10- she read the news here in Sydney for 10 years. She is married to Peter Overton, and was linked to 9 for sometime. She has a good persona for breakfast TV but could be similar to Sunrise in its "nauseatically nice"

Grimshaw goes to A Current Affair (yes!) and Ray Martin is a "roaming correspdent".

It wouldn't be long before Today ditches Karl to get that Husband and Wife super team into motion. Sunrise will start to get worried atm, as the public will be engulfed with a media blitz when it happens.

I think she has as much personality as a grape fruit, but she's more pleasant then the entire sunrise crew. :)

I doubt the Today show can beat Sunrise at their own game, so they would have been better off sticking to their 'hard news' style.

Was flicking this morning, and I used to turn on TODAY as my morning show but i changed to sunrise and have watched it ever since, i find in more interesting and entertaining, mostly because of Kochy, and i love the dumb news reporter Nat, she is just such a dumb ********...anyway, I watched the final minutes of TODAY and it just looks too professional and since Steve left it got worse, and well, it was funny seeing Steve on the send off because they did axe him and it looked like he didn't give a ******** for anyone but Tracey and I am sure he felt like "burning this mother********er down - Harold and Kumar go to White Castle"...anyway, good for Jessica Rowe...don't think I will be watching the TODAY show ever again.

Lisa Wilkinson has been confirmed as the new host. I don't mind her but her style suits the giggling on Sunrise. Connolly was doing a good job I thought.

I'm sure she was on TT last year flogging a story about her battle with an illness.Maybe it was depression.

3 channels in 3 years, thats pretty good. Especially after she's sued her first employer in the courts for not letting her get out of her contract, and then forced Today from rock bottom status to looking for more holes.
