Is anyone up to having dinner at the club and a few pre-Xmas drinks? Is the Quiz still running this week?
I'm trying to convince my "better" half (thanks mission :mad: ), to attend after being bored through his work function the other week.
Allcomers welcome, even those from West Lakes' Shed. :D

At the club the other day and they had The triva night up on the calender for the 22nd. It doesn't look as the trivia nights are going to have a break.
Some of the regulars will be at the club as usual this week. The quiz night is still running all the through the xmas season.
We have a table booked for 6pm as we all have dinner and drinks first every week.
Would be great to see some new faces come along and join in for xmas drinks and perhaps stay and enjoy the fun of the quiz. You never know, you could even go home with a bottle of wine or two. :D, or be like Powerstuff and leave it behind for the others to enjoy:p

Oh well I guess that means I might as well get here and say, "bigfooty table is in for a whipping this week"

Bigfooty was well represented tonight in providing two tables to compete and did exceptionally well to fill first and second place.

BTW Our table won, I didn't even notice who come second or third as I was picking myself up off the floor!

As for the son he was very good at making me run accross the floor so that I could start my pre-season training early.

We are always happy to take a back seat to new comers to the quiz. The night might look rigged if we were to win every week. Big Footy had a win last week so thought we would allow others from this forum take it out for a change.:rolleyes:
