Under the pump i agree,
You can add Wiggins, Livingston and Sporn.
All of the above mentioned would be in a make or break situation this year,
have had time and chances and must perform.
After seeing so many careers go into oblivion after the draft/psd,
these guys must realise if this year goes skewiff,
that's the end of the line.
Hopefully if 3 of this lot step up, will add depth.

Wiggins
Bannister
Sporn, Davies and Livo are living on the edge but if they stay fit could survive. Sporn has shown that when fit and confident can be handy. Davies had talent. Livo could still develop into a good, large negating defender. Teague is also on the fringe now too. I think the other five have shown their best and have no improvement left in them. Wiggins is probably the most useful as a tough body tagger/defender.

I honestly believe Davies has the potential to be a top line player...lets hope he steps up this year and doesn't waste his chance ...Sporn and Livingstone have been very very ordinary

Thank Christ some-one said it.
They've all got redeeming qualities.
The only Carlton player I ever hated was Justin Murphy.

3. Davies
4. Chambers
5. DeLuca
6. Bannister
7. Wiggins
8. Sporn
9. Whitnall
You have got to be joking. Whitnall is an outstanding talent, a player with a fantastic football brain. Top three or four in Carlton's best!
Davies is mecurial, and yes inconsistant. But will produce the goods.
I wonder if you like or have any hope for the players of your club.

I thought I would never see the day that a opposition supporter would value a Carlton player more than some Carlton supporters, but there it is folks. We have officially slumped to our lowest.
1. Prendergast
2. Longmuir
3. Davies
4. Chambers
5. DeLuca
6. Bannister
7. Wiggins
8. Sporn
9. Whitnall
If Lance is in our bottom 9 players then we should be premiership favourites.

Looks like I've landed a big one here..............
That should be the first and only time Davies and mercurial are used in the same sentence. Hard at the ball, yep but far from skillful.

C'mon Mojo, that's disappointing that you responded to that.
You must have the CBF's with work like me today?

1. Prendergast
2. Bannister
That is all I'm willing to write off at this point.
Who would get delisted next year with all these names popping up?
I'd say:
Bannister
Prendergast
Wiggins
Deluca
Longmuir and Chambers (worst trades we've ever done)
These guys in any order and I think a couple more on the fringe like Davies, Sporn and Teague but they should be alright.

Teague and Deluca are safe as they are on 2 yr contracts.
Livingston is in trouble and I suspect that possibly Bryan could be delisted if CArlton decide to promote Batson to the primary list.
Is batson any good? or are we going for a Sellar or a Leunberger type next season?

2. Chambers
Every other player on the list is better then the two I have mentioned and therefore, they don't warrant a mention.

1. Prendergast
2. Livingston
3. Bannister
4. Wiggins
5. Davies-but i think he will eventually come good
the top 4 are montys at this stage to be delisted at the end of 2006
Danaher and Ratten have both recently given Davies big raps.he is good player and some people around here have biased views he will be staying. Watch him without prejuduce.
Bryan is getting bigger and better and am surprised to see his name up here.
For a bloke who looks like Hoolahan acts Teague is 110%. Dosent have the nouse but sooooo willing. Id give him plenty of room.
Wiggins ws starting to look a lot better last towards the end of the season. Go back and watch him when we are winning he is very noticable. (Admittedly that isnt a big wrap)
I thought I would never see the day that a opposition supporter would value a Carlton player more than some Carlton supporters, but there it is folks. We have officially slumped to our lowest.
Get off your high horse you tool and grow some balls to hold an opinion

Care to explain how voicing an opinon is biased and with prejuduce?
Just out of interest...........how many seasons are you willing to give a HFF type (they are a dime a dozen) like Davies before cutting your losses? Season 2006 will be 5 years and counting.

Happens all the time, im guilty of it. You start hating a player and you just cant see anything good. He does do something and its "fluke", "why cant you do that all the time..". etc
All im saying is watch him with an open mind this season. Granted if he gets game time and is rank let him go.

Justin Davies has the talent but needs to show more urgency, get to more contests and show better enthusiasm. He tends to look like he is only going half pace sometimes and that is where alot of the criticism comes from.
The players in trouble at the end of 06 will be:
* Livingston
* Longmuir
* Chambers
* De Luca
* Prendergast
* Bannister
* Houlihan
* Wiggins
* Sporn
This is not to say that they will all be delisted however if the above do not have relatively good seasons they will be gone.

Go back to your own site and debate the fact that Rolli Polli Riolli cannot puff his way through a game..... :thumbsd:
Anybody that lists Kouta on a worst player list does not appreciate the modern game of athletic football... grow a brain idiot!!!

Funk has decided: :cool:
5. Longmuir - If there's one player that rivals Houlihan for softness, it's this marshmalow
4. Wiggins :o - Terrible skills, but an amusing nickname. The Wiggler! I love it!
3. Deluca - Apart from his agility, he's completely useless. The most noticable deficiency is his inability to mark a footy. A primitive skill that has been with man since the stone age.
2. Bannister - Has speed, hight, and a decent kick. Unfortunately he's a crap footballer.
1. Prendisaster - Aweful player! I can not believe he's still at the club after.... how many years? And he was in the leadership group... :o
3. Deluca - Apart from his agility, he's completely useless. The most noticable deficiency is his inability to mark a footy. A primitive skill that has been with man since the stone age.
There should be a law against things this funny......wet myself again.

You know I often at times wonder why so many Essendon/Richmond/Kangaroo's supporters bother coming into our forum and attempt to unsettle us with inane comments like "Whitnall is fat", "wooden spooners" etc.
Surely you supporters should be looking in your own backyards before you shoot your mouths off at us. Your clubs are in just as much strife as us in one way or another.

Essendon fans are in denial, Richmond fans are just plain feral and Kangas fans are still dirty on us for trying to take them over in the late '80s.

Don't know if I have five now that our worst have been sacked, but if I had to choose:
Ian Prenaghast (tries hard, woeful skills)
Troy Longmuir
Simon Wiggins
Justin Davies (don't mind him but have to put someone)
Jordan Bannister (same as ^, was good in 04)
As for Callum Chambers, I certainly think he can play, he was great in the preseason comp, although was severely hurt by injuries during the season. I'm expecting him to do some good things this year if he can stay injury free.
Can't say until they Played half a season to Judge so none so far for me :D
wonder what other clubs have the worse 5 players :D collingwoods must have 5 :D,
