What's wrong with "You're so Good to Me"? It's a great song. Sure it may be one of their simplier tunes, but I don't think they ever sounded better. The harmonies were almost perfect. It's definitely better than "Mona". Probably my least favourite Beach Boys song, along with with "This Whole World". Funny. You have them as your two favourite songs.

"You're so Good To Me" IS a decent song, I was just sayin it wouldn't make my top 40. "Mona" is a damn brilliant little song!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you don't like it!!!!!!!!! Same with "This Whole World" the only version I don't like is the Spring version. Ouch :D

Actually I was discussing with a guy at work (also a Megadeth & Metallica fan), who the new Metallica bass player should be.

There have been rumours about Mike Inez (ex-Alice In Chains, Ozzy Osbourne) being named as the replacement for Jason Newstead, but apparently the band had denied it, and their official website says nothign about a replacement havign being found.

I suggested they give Kirk Hammett the flick (face it Kirk, you have the afro and the porno moustache but you are NOT Jimi Hendrix), seeing in his last 10 years he hasn't played a single solo without over-using wah-wah effects. Replace him with Dave Mustaine (who'd be a more than handy fill in for JAYMZ while he's in rehab.. actually they could alternate revolving-door style between vocal/rhythm duties and rehab). Dave Ellefson onto the bass, and whammo you have metal's finest ever supergroup except for maybe the "Rising" era Rainbow.

Aint nothin' wrong with listening to country music. Although we should make the distinction between EVIL country (Garth Brooks, Lee Ane Rimes, anything that has to do with line dancing) and GOOD country (Wilco, Scud Mountain Boys, etc.)
