Good signs for the Blues, espically Whitnall who beat his previous time trial by an amazing 30 seconds.

Good to see the boys doing the right thing over the break. Can anyone tell me how Jesse D Smith is going over pre season? And is Sentanta still struggling with a groin niggle?

Whitnall beat his pre-christmas time by 30 secs (which was a personal best time for him).
Where are all the Whitnall knockers now? A few weeks back there were a few people having a go, seems as though the Herald Sun article was a beat up after all.

Heard that Dylan McLaren also beat his best time by about 30 sec and also dropped his skin folds. That is a promising sign

Jesse was on the bike at training today because he's ripped a pectoral off the bone and will miss a couple of months.
Setanta trained whilst the recovery group in Kennedy, Waite, Saddington and Fevola just ran.
Lance looked fine and whilst not cut like Livo, Walker, Prender and even Sporn, he appeared skinnier than Kouta. He was only wearing a singlet and shorts like everyone else instead of the usual T shirt and tracksuit pants.;) :)
Pagan sounds escpecially excited....
"...The first thing I saw when I came in was Lance with his shirt off and he looked terrific."
:p
I nearly fainted when I read big Lance stripped a mind blowing, staggering, unbelievable, mouth water, eye opening 30 seconds off his time.
No mention of Eddie Betts in there i see !:o

I think he is still running.
No mention of Andrew Walker either. Is he the only one that didn't come back in better shape than he was when he left. Does anyone know. I'm in WA at the moment and Vic news is about as scarce as rocking horse poo.

Apparently Walker was sick and didnt finish the time trail..
Josh Kennedy also competed in the time trail and ran 11.22 ( round there any way). Not bad considering he has only just started running again

Hardly worth posting TrueTiger. Lance deserves some credit once in a while doesn't he?

Actually it was a motor scooter only the wheels fell of and the suspension broke:cool:
