I know it's only January 9 but does anyone know when we can get our first glimpse of our boys under match conditions. I don't care who the opposition is, I just want to see them in action asap. I looked on the CFC website (and, like most visits there, I was let down). Any "inside word" on when our first practice matches are would be appreciated.

Not sure when, but I would think they would play some intra-club matches sometime this month. Keep an eye out on the forums, and I'm sure you'll have plenty of notice.

I think the NAB cup is your first actual Practice match.
Pretty sure there are matches before then. Send an email into the club, they are usually alright at responding (give them a week).

There is an article about Jordan Bannister on the Carlton website at the moment. He says amongst other things that if he plays well in Intra-Club matches, he could play in the NAB Cup, which suggests we'll have 1, maybe 2 of these games before the NAB starts. Keep an eye on the website, i'm sure they'll let us know.
