Bad batting contributed as well.When you have a guy renowned for swinging the white ball into the left hander who is bowling at 150 you dont want to be having that big a back lift early in the innings.Asking for trouble planting your foot like that and playing away from your body.Short punchy back lift is all that is required against a bowler like Lee.
