Yep a good move, he's a decent midfielder and that where Freo fall down...still wont help them beat the Eagles come round 1 :D

What are freo supporters thoughts on this?
I think it will definately help their midfield, just what they needed!

yeh I think it is a good move, I can see that we'll have a big problem in the midfield, especially if one of our current midfielders such as haselby or bell picks up a long term injury. Hopefully he'll be able to move forward and kick some goals in the dockers 18 man forward line :D

Congratulations Fremantle. If we couldn't have Flash, u were my next choice to have him. Hopefully he can add some leadership and be able to cement down a permanent half-back/wing role. Not sure about his midfield ability. He's sure to become a crowd favourite, though. Long-kicking and running goals are his specialty. Very hard at the man. Hope he can get his discipline right for u guys!

Sounds a lot like Fletcher, been at 3 clubs already, in his late 20s. You should get a few good years football out of Francis, but I wouldn't be suprised if he gets dumped or falls out of flavour with whatever coach you have in 2005.
