Anyone else rate the guy?

Strange technique, such heavy bottom hand that he scores a hell lot of runs through mid wicket or wide mid on. Hits the ball ********ing hard, he's a good player, but needs some consistency

I can see him playing ODI's in the future. A great knock against the bulls but needs to be more consistent in the 4-dayers.

Have seen him in action live a couple of times, looks quite good but as some one said needs to add consistency to his game in both forms of the game.

Was tipped in the Alpha Magazine a few editions ago to be part of the 2009 Ashes Squad. Interesting, considering that he is generally considered more of a limited overs player.

Has been talked up for a while, he needs to bowl more.

He could be a spinning all-rounder and we don't have many of those in Australia cricket, maybe other than Hogg or Chris Simpson.

Jason Krejza is unfortunately not playing for NSW at the moment, but I would call him a spinning all-rounder as well.

I reckon Warne is fairly close to being something of a spinning all-rounder. Not quite, but more than handy for 20-30 runs a match (generally).

Is Voges the player who scored that blistering century on ING debut? If so, that was a quality knock.

I've never seen him bat personally , but from what you are all saying - a bit in the mould of Symonds perhaps ???

Think he's closer to Pieterson than he is Symonds

What happened to Krejza? Is he injured?

As for Voges, how old is he, 26/27? He hits the ball hard, one match I remember was his century on debut (even if it was at North Sydney Oval). I don't think he's a OD specialist, he's gone on with a few good knocks for WA.

Krezja hahaha.

Not that long ago I heard Greg Matthews or some other NSW buffoon talking him up.

Man that was entertaining!

Jaymin had big raps on him. He called him the next Cameron White. ;)

Alpha is that magazine you get for $2 with the Herald Sun (monthly, I think)
