You maybe suprised Bears Boy. His presentation to Sunbury a few years back was very good for a man with a limited IQ. If Marcus left as well as Jordy, Fitzy, McKenzie and others you would need someone that could get a lot of very good players in order to stay near the top. My money is on Marcus staying but don't right off the chance you and Serge will be arm in arm singing the theme song next year.I just think he has potted the club and players for to long.
I'm not sure he would be well enough respected around the club.
The only way Serge will be there next year is if you become president !

Maybe Kings Army can shed some light on the coaching plans that Gisborne have in place for next year regarding a certain little man by the name of Mark Power? I have it from what i would regard as a super source that he has already approached a large portion of the Riddell playing group (all of whom work for him) and told them that they will be playing at Gisborne or they will be finding work elsewhere (much in the same trend of his older brother). Just wouldn't mind a clarification on the issue seeings that Serge lives in the area. I have personally heard him say that he hates Gisborne however his brother said every week at Darley that he hated Sunbury more than he hated anything but even he went back... How much does money talk? or how much of what they say can be believed? Fill us in fat boy.
Now Chief, no need to be name calling, when your good self was once a tubby little fellow. One could only imagine 12 hrs in front of your PC at work, eating donuts wouldn't help the situation either.

Crucial game this week between South and Sunba. Both teams struggling for form and need to find some before finals.
Maybe teams 3 - 6 are just making up the numbers.

Now the Chief has another minor grumble this week about something that appeared in our local paper. Let me start by saying that i really rate Tyson Shea as a footballer and as a bloke seeings he is captain of the club and is on track to win his third club b&f. I think the Marsh are heading in the right direction by putting a good local kid at the helm and trying to make it look like they are building a local side around a good local kid.
My gripe is with big, fat, overweight Dion Miles saying the following- "the kids a freak, he's an absolute sensation... Tyson has collected 101 disposals in two weeks". Okay Dion how is the kid a freak? The answer is- he isn't!!! He is a good player at best. If he was at Darley, East, Redan or Sunba then he wouldn't be in the top 4 players on the list and suffice to say i dont think he would even be in Darleys starting midfield. That being said, imagine if one of these clubs came out and said how the 4th best player on their list was an absolute freak or a sensation??? it would be as laughable as your passage. As for the stats count, well how reliable is the stats keeper, how effective were the possessions, how many chip kicks were delivered in the process so Tyson received the handball back and lastly why has Tyson never had a kick against us?
Credit where credit is due, Tyson is good but good is where it ends. I think we would have 8-10 players that if they played at the Marsh in the past 3 years would have won 3 b&f's. You are just putting pressure on a kid that already is the town laughing stock because of the product he markets. I also remember one day when Pete Larson got 36 possessions at Darley Park against us and none of them were forward of the centre and none of them went further than 30 metres. My solution to this issue would be take the win against South as a positive and move forward to next year in the hope of playing finals again. Don't make comparisons in the paper about your win comapared to how Darley played against South because you are 1000 points behind us at the minute. Stop putting pressure on the only shining light you have at your club and lastly stop getting Rita Hehir to do your stats and telling her that Tyson Shea is Harjar...
I seen thet articl myself CHIEF and it was laughable,Tyson is an ok player and he would be first to admit he is no superstar. Its a great effort to win 2 b&f awards and be heading for 3 i hope he wins 8. but he is playing in a 2s football side. For Miles to come out and say he gets tagged everyweek was the funniest part, as i dont know any side that goes out and tags a player from the opposition side that has won 7 games in 4 years. But good on miles for encouraging his young blokes. Maybe east will let Hutchy sniff Tysons ass this week. I doubt it!
This is my exact train of thought however i am swaying with my opinion due to the source that i received this from. I am not saying it is sign sealed because i am yet to get 100% of the details but there is definately some strong signs there. His best mate is chairman of selectors, chief stats taker and town joke remember!!! If Barham wanted it then you would assume he should walk straight in but stranger things have happenedkings done the stats a coupla times at gissy and nothing else

You've hit the nail on the head there chief. Tyson Shea is a good player, maybe borderline very good player but no way would you put him in the "superstar freak" category. Don't see as much as the Marsh as I do the other sides but I've yet to see young Tyson put in a BOG performance yet.
That said I'm sure the 10 other sides that in the league would happily squeeze into their line.
Now chief, I've just noticed you've managed to post a lengthy thread without one mention of Brad Miller! Good work :p

Riddell has met with him to take over from Scooter next year. Saying that Power would prefer to coach Gisborne. Better league and more professional club. No problems getting over is playing hatred for Gisborne. That went a long time ago. It would be like someone leaving Darley to coach Daylesford or someone leaving Darley to coach Melton South! There would be a few players that would follow - the Lobbs, Carriss, Robertson, Kega and maybe even Tim Mc to strenthgen the 2's.
Would be surprised if he went back to Sunbury but who knows - you got it right when you mentioned Libba won't see the 2nd year of his contract.

Ballarat to see finals action as Swans swoop, Lions roar
25/08/2008 1:17:00 AM
A SENIOR football final will be played in Ballarat next weekend after the Ballarat Swans pinched fourth position on the ladder on Saturday. And the Swans have Sunbury to thank for it.
The Ballarat Football League's eastern-most team saved the city of Ballarat from a weekend devoid of a BFL final, the Lions knocking Melton South out of the top four at the Melton Recreation Reserve.
The Panthers will now have to travel to Dahlsens Park in Alfredton for a sudden death elimination final next Saturday.
Sunbury's reward for beating Melton South is an elimination final at Clarke Oval on Sunday against Lake Wendouree, while the league's two best-performed teams - Darley and East Point - will meet in a qualifying final at Darley Park on Saturday.
Melton South co-coach Troy Scoble was only marginally disappointed the Panthers would not be playing at home in the first weekend of finals. The greater disappointment out of the loss to Sunbury was giving up third position on the ladder.
"We would love to have played a home final simply to play at home but, from a playing perspective, I think we play better now on a larger ground like Alfredton than a smaller one," Scoble said. "We've got some big targets up forward, as most supporters know, and on the smaller ground opposition teams tend to flood back on them.
"The home final stuff is a bit of a myth. If you are good enough the home ground makes no difference.
"The main disappointment is not finishing third and now missing out on what's possibly the second easiest run into finals."
The Melton South versus Sunbury match and the Ballarat versus Lake Wendouree match were carbon copies of one another in that the team that made the most of its chances beat the team that controlled most of the play.
Melton South and Lake Wendouree squandered set shots on goal during the final term (the Lakers kicked five behinds in a row at one point).
The Panthers and the Lakers would have left frustrated but knowing, but for better finishing, they are good enough to win a first final.
"A lot of guys got a reminder that we can play well under finals pressure," Scoble said.
"The game yesterday could have gone either way but for not executing our game plan in the last few minutes, missing five set shots.
"It was played like a final and it was the best game we've played for some time. The positive is the match was exactly the tune-up we needed."
Melton South and Lake Wendouree exchange opponents next weekend.
Scoble said it was not necessarily a bad thing the Panthers would be playing the Swans rather than the Lakers in their first final. "We've developed a bit of history with Ballarat with our draw against them last year and losing a very close final," Scoble said. "I think our boys would love to have another crack at Ballarat in a final."

Yeah i highly doubt that one Runner. 90k??? That just confirms it is all false.
There are plenty of names floating around, there is one in the mix and if he takes it he would draw possibly one of the biggest names outside the AFL to the den next year (depending on job i believe)
Not my space to talk about it though.
Premier - Darley
Henderson - Miller & D.Jordon (Tie)

Matt to stay on at the Lakers
26/08/2008 11:30:00 PM
MATT Battistello will be the man to lead Lake Wendouree until at least the end of the 2009 Ballarat Football League season.
As the Green Machine motors towards the finals for the first time since 2005, the Lakers have moved quickly to re-sign first-year coach Battistello.
He was a surprise appointment to the position of senior coach at Wendouree Reserve, the 26-year-old crossing from Ballarat to take up the position in November last year.
While spawned under some haste, the pairing of coach and club has proven to be an outstanding one.
"We're extremely happy with how Mathew has handled the position in his first role as a senior coach," Lake Wendouree president Gavin Maher said.
"There has been a marked improvement in all players at the club, including things like endeavour but also their willingness to be involved around the club.
"We see plenty of improvement to come too.
"We're impressed with how the fitness has improved, so I'd contribute the improvement in performance entirely to Mathew.
"Obviously it didn't hurt that we picked up some good players during the summer, but Mathew's appointment (as coach) helped there too," Maher said. Lake Wendouree meets Sunbury in an elimination final at Sunbury on Sunday.

Not 100% sure but i think maybe some time around 1990 if it was even a final my memory isn't 100 % because i was only young but i remember a very big crowd at Darley for this game. I assume it was a finals game because our captain/coach Mick Hewitt was outed for 8 years for ALLEGEDLY headbutting an umpire at the Bown medal count. His suspension stated that he was not to coach in any way or even to walk on to the ground. Lexi Miller took over for the remainder of the year and after Darley won this game the whole playing list and crowd ran to Hewitts car and lifted him onto their shoulders. Timing would suggest that it was a finals game however i could be wrong.
What will that drummer be doing this year that Redan haven't made the finals? Hopefully he catches a stray chicken bone in his meal and chokes... Redan will become a heap more popular and the kids of Ballarat can sleep a whole lot easier at night.
Sad to say Chieftont but i'd expect him to be banging away to the beat of Ice Ice Baby for the reserves this saturday and even the netball! He has 20 extra sets of sticks just in case of a emergency. Good luck with him saturday!

East Point gains extra firepower
29/08/2008 12:22:00 AM
EAST POINT has gained some serious firepower up forward just as Ballarat Football League qualifying final opponent Darley loses its main avenue to goal.
The Red Lion Kangaroos have brought back experience key forward Simon Geljon for tomorrow's clash at Darley Park as the Devils look for goalkicking alternatives after ruling Adrian Newman out with a shoulder injury.
And former Hawthorn star Angelo Lekkas is an inclusion for Sunbury for Sunday's eliminator against Lake Wendouree at Clarke Oval.
East Point coach Michael Hynes said the Roos had rested Geljon last weekend after the hard-leading centre half forward pulled up sore following the win over Melton.
Hynes said Geljon's value to the Roos went beyond his tally of goals and behinds.
"Dan Jordan is the key focus for the opposition. Having Geljon in the team, who may get the second or third best defender, is something we can really take advantage of."
"He can dummy lead or lead up in the wings. Being a quality experienced player he can sacrifice his own game for benefit of the side."
Hynes rated Newman, who damaged his shoulder a fortnight ago when Darley beat Ballarat, as a significant out for the Devils but said Darley had proven it could win without him.
"He didn't play last time they played us and they played well without him," Hynes said.
"We had plans in place if Newman played or not. It would have been nice to see two of the league's quality forwards on the ground at the same time but, if things go the way they might, we will meet Darley again in a final and both will be out on the park.
"Darley is one forward down, so we will simply match up our defenders on different players. It gives us more flexibility in our backline.
"Newman has kicked 55 goals and (Brad) Miller kicked 48 so we now focus on keeping Miller quiet.
Having said that, Darley has a few blokes who have kicked 20 goals.
"The midfield will decide it and I rate Darley's midfield as the best going around. But I wouldn't underrate our midfield either."
The return of Lekkas at Sunbury is offset by the loss of Keegan Powell and Brett Chambers to injury while Luke Murnane returns for Lake Wendouree. Ballarat will have to find other match-ups for Melton South in the absence of the injured Brad Anderson.

Some exciting games this weekend. I think my boys can beat Ballarat on their home mud pile, but it will be a tough game. Don't worry about the Panthers losing streak, they will win.
The East v Darley game will be interesting. One team back in the finals after a year off with a young side versus a team labled as chokers. All the pressure will be on East in this one, to try and shake off their choking tag. Straight sets last year, hope it happens again.
I think Sunbury will beat Lakers at home. They looked a lot better last week, and with Lekkas coming in, they will win.
I wish everyone all the best, go Panthers.

My Tips
Darley - have shown this year that they are quite capable of covering Adrian Newman. Travis Stephenson is likely to play some time down in the forward line so Mark Lesko will need to step up and try to at least break even in the ruck
Ballarat - Remarkably get a home final despite not beating anyone of note but Melton South can only blame themselves for that. The Panthers have really dropped the ball in the past month and would need a major lift in form to knock off Swoopers Swans
Sunbury - Should be a class above the Lakers. The Lions could be the smokey side of the finals

The talk is finally over and finals are here! Good luck to all sides! The Darley boys have been quiet on the thread as the realisation has hit chief, chumpy that they have to back up what they have been saying. Should be a cracker of a game with East Point having nothing to lose, while Darley has everything. Could be an all ballarat based finals series!
My tips
Ballarat v Melton South
Ballarat in a close one.
East Point v Darley
East point in a close one.
Sunbury v Lakers
Sunbury comfortably.
Ridiculous post you picked East Point on what basis? Just because Chief and chumpy have belted you on here you think sooner or later that darley have to lose a game.
That is immature and clownlike. If you want people to take you seriously Oracene maybe you should write sensible things or funny things.......You do neither.

Great win by the devils today, rested a few after half time, after being 8 goals up. Ended up cruising to victory with Miller again awesome.
PS Ha Ha South, weak minded/hearted jerks
great win by the darley 2s today. the boys really stepped up. ps suck shit south.:thumbsd::thumbsd:

Good one Pickman you dribbling idiot
It was teh Lakers that were a class above, good win by Lake Wendouree, after a slow start they run over the top of Sunbury.
Don't know what anyone else thinks but if they play next week like they did today they might give East Point a shake

Ballarat Swans into the finals, thanks to the Lakers
1/09/2008 1:10:00 AM
I DON'T know if Ballarat president Shane Manley has a second favourite team in the Ballarat Football League.
But, as Lake Wendouree stormed home against Sunbury at Clarke Oval, ending the Lions' season and thereby ensuring the Dahlsens Swans progressed to at least a place in the preliminary final, Manley was as pleased as any supporter wearing green,
blue and gold yesterday.
From being an also-ran just a month ago, Ballarat is now effectively equal top in this year's Ballarat Football League, and one upset win against Darley away from playing in the 2008 RegionalOne BFL grand final.
Ballarat earned its place with consecutive wins, first against Lake Wendouree last week and then, when it mattered most, against Melton South at Dahlsens Park on Saturday. There remain doubters - at least one opposition club official from a team
that did not make the finals was heard to say Ballarat is yet to beat a team above them on the ladder - but on Saturday's form the Swans are a now a genuine chance.
Lake Wendouree also gets another chance after its stirring victory over Sunbury at Clarke Oval. It wasn't just that the Lakers won against the team that had finished third during the home-and-away season, it was the way the "Green Machine" broke
the back of an opponent that had made such an impressive start to yesterday's match.
But the most impressive team at the weekend was Darley, which beat East Point in the match between the year's two best sides, without star forward Adrian Newman. The Kangaroos were good (certainly for three quarters), but the Devils were better.
East Point must now win a sudden death first semi-final against the bouyant Lakers to avoid going out in straight sets two years in a row.
Melton South and Sunbury suffered a very similar fate. They can partially blame each other for that, their bruising round 18 match, played with the intensity of a final, knocked the stuffing out of both teams.
It was an emotional farewell for the Panthers, the playing careers of club stalwarts Jarrod Reardon, Troy Scoble and potentially others ending in disappointment.
Sunbury coach Tony Liberatore said there were positives to come out of the season for the Lions.
"As disappointed as I am, the year has been great for a lot of the young kids at the club," Liberatore said. "We had nine players aged over 19 out there, and have been able to give seven or eight players a chance at senior level this season."

The pressure was on them, because of past finals performances. They have finished top the 2 previous years and done squat.
Not only their seniors choked but their whole club choked. Their 18's lost after not losing all year, also the 2's lost after only losing one game for the year.
Anyway enough about the Chokers. Poor performance by my Panthers, disapointing end to a season that looked promissing at the half way mark. Will be a few retirements now. Just goes to show a great forward line can't win you a flag without decent onballers and a decent backline.
I guess i'm on the Devils now (never thought i'd say that), can't stand the boring Ballarat clubs.

Can anyone be arsed reading the "On This Day ..." section? Does anyone care what happened 20 years ago? What about the umpires report? Club stuff?
Just curious.

Despite you being an Ninthmond supporter, the type of person I usually ignore because of their comical choice of football club (honestly the only use I've found for the Richmond FC is the free car space their cubrooms provide when the Vics are playing cricket at the 'G), but as I'm feeling generous I shall entertain your question.
Yes I do give the Record a quick read, might as well I'm paying a $1 for it, read the "on this day" section on the weekend, biggest shock was that has actually won a final, even if it was 20 years ago!
Usually read Wardy's bit at the front and Gav McGrath's column, can't be arsed reading the club notes, they are usually pretty ordinary.
Biggest disappointment of the record is that there isn't weekly column purely dedicated to the greatness of Brad Miller, the greatest footballer in the world!

Who will miss this week?
Newman & Cheevers are likely outs, Herring got concussion on Saturday, not sure how quickly he has bounced back but he could be doubtful.
One thing Darley have done well this year is cover the absence of key players.
One thing that seems to have gone unnoticed on this thread, reading the record it appears that AFL Victoria have named Gary Learmonth "Senior coach of the year".

Swans need more than luck to beat Darley
4/09/2008 12:21:00 AM
IT ALL seems to be falling into place for Ballarat but it will need more than luck to get over Darley in Saturday's first semi-final and claim a place in the Ballarat Football League grand final.
The Swans have not beaten Darley this year but Ballarat full-forward Mark Nunn thinks it has the firepower to go with the Devils.
"You will have to take your chances when you've got them, but have to be accurate on the day to beat them," he said.
"The last two weeks have been good for us, our confidence is high and it needs to be against Darley."
Luck had a lot to do with Ballarat making the finals.
"You need a bit of luck in the finals, but if things hadn't have gone our way (last week) then we would be out," Nunn said.
"You look at the final six and for Lake Wendouree to get over Sunbury it just demonstrates that anyone can win the flag this year."
The Swans came through the first week of the finals unscathed and are only missing Brad Anderson from their senior side.
"We are almost at full strength and expecting to go in there with our structures right," Nunn said.
"We have a few players that didn't play against Darley four weeks ago, so hopefully we match up quite well."
Darley may yet be without Rob Cheevers after he injured himself last weekend, while full-forward Adrian Newman is still out of action.
"Adrian won't play this week, as to whether he will play further down the track .th.th. it is still under assessment," Darley president Trevor King said. "We have moved forward without him so we will see how we go."
Cheevers is still questionable about playing this weekend.
"Rob Cheevers left the ground before half-time and could have possibly come back on but we want to make sure he is right," King said. "We have a philosophy that we won't risk injured players, he'll train tomorrow and we will make a decision then."
Darley has improved dramatically since last year and recruited only three players in the summer. "In 2006 we had a mass exodus of players and made a decision to go with local talent," King said. "When that side lines up on the weekend, there will probably only be two players that didn't come through the junior ranks at Darley.

Lakers keen to keep the BFL dream alive
3/09/2008 11:57:00 PM
LAKE WENDOUREE is determined to continues its dream start to its Ballarat Football League campaign.
Even if it means East Point is knocked out in straight sets for the second year in a row.
Lake Wendouree unexpectedly overran Sunbury last weekend and are underdogs for the second semi-final this weekend.
"We are looking forward to the challenge. We know East Point have played finals for the last three or four years and are more experienced," Lakers coach Matt Battistello said.
"It is the first time we have played finals in two years so to come away from Sunbury with a win was a fantastic effort."
Battistello still thinks Lake Wendouree has things to prove.
"There is no point in making finals unless you make an impact," he said.
"It is a knock-out final and if you set the expectations low then you'll reach low, so we are going out there with high expectations.
"If we lose then it is the end of our football season and we don't want that to happen."
East Point coach Mick Hynes believes his club is better prepared for finals this year.
"I wasn't around last year and I think there was a lot of factors last year," he said.
"I think our mix this year is completely different, a lot more professional and a lot better.
"The players know their own individual accountability is more important than relying on four or five guys to get the job done, everyone has to put their hand up."
Hynes is also cautious of the Lakers in the finals.
"The strength of Lake Wendouree is that they are a very even side across the board and that is why they are playing this weekend," he said. "Everyone talks about getting third spot and I don't think third spot is an advantage to anyone when you have a team like Lake Wendouree."

Just heard the score of the Darley Vs Ballarat game. If I hear correctly Ballarat 8 goals up then unexplainedly lost easy. For a mob (particularly you Oracene) who reckon Darley are chokers maybe you should look for chicken bones in your own dungheap.
When Linda Lovelace gagged on me that was less of a choke than what Ballarat put up today.
Let's hope they can regather the troops and least make a game of it next week. Darley with more players available to be selected are going to take a power of beating whoever plays them in a fortnight.
Calven Hassent to come in and brutalise a few poor unfortunates for the Grander also. I have it on good information he has been released from Melbourne Remand Centre and is looking forward to inflicting pain legally.
I have met him and he is scary his favourite party trick is opening a king brown in his nostril. Huge nostrils the Islanders, but don't tell him I said that.

Oracle????????????
Dictionary definitions
Oracle- An utterance, often ambiguous or obscure...
Utterance- To give audible expression to... speak or pronounce
Ambiguous- of doubtful or uncertain natured; difficult to comprehend
Obscure- Not clear or plain;uncertain
Now as we all know the Chief is right into political correctness and seeing things in their purist sense. I have been going over Oracles prior posts and wondering what his duty is on here. I have really struggled to see his logic on almost every topic he has delivered his ORACLE on. I have decifered the real meaning of what an oracle really is and i have displayed for all to see exactly what an oracle is.
Now as we can see an oracle is an utterance, often ambiguous or obscure.... What exactly does that mean? well for all of you normal people out there i exchanged the words ambiguous and obscure with the words- Lie and Dream because they seemed like their dictionary definitions were very similar.
Lie- a wild and vain fancy
Dream- something intended to convey a false impression
ORACLE- An utterance, often a lie or a dream.
The other definition we can get would be the one that i constantly get from all big footy fans when asked about oracle. "just a wanker, deadset moron, liar, tool, follows a terrible footy club, suckhole etc etc.."
Bad luck on the weekend Oral- we have the new chokers of the BFL- blow me at a moderate pace..
I must say this post is very good. Thank you for the entertainment Cheiftont.

Just goes to show how much of an idea the courier has.
How can they pick cheevers on a HBF when all he has done is tear the midfield apart all year.
Tuddy edwards has not played HBF either. Who is Blanchfield and Pike.
If your going to pick a side pick them on actual position prodomenently played through out the year. Darley has the best backline in the comp and only 1 player that actually plays down back gets a gig what about Drew (Mustard) Edwards or Cape. Baker has played in the midfield all year so has Miller and Delaney, N Otto is probably one of the best HF in the comp and cant get a gig because the forward line is stacked with midfielders what a joke. I hope who ever done this side has nothing to do with the side the BFL announces at the Henderson medal.

Okay its gonna feel like year 9 science but i am gonna dissect the shit out of this. Good choice Deckert- best full back in the comp. Cheevers at half back? Has been the premier on-baller in the comp, why half back???????? That spot should be taken by darleys number 1 small backman Drew Edwards who is in Darleys top 6 players. Drew Edwards is an out and out gun and how he is not in the side before Liberatore who is a fat, little, over the hill, pasta eating, legless, dobbing, give up, bad coach and bad player is beyond me. Blanchfield?????????? how is he a starting on-baller? Tyson Shea i dont think is a bad choice on the bench. Good player surrounded by foot rot which makes it hard for him to shine. Would never be in my starting side but good on him. Travis Stephenson on the bench? Well he wouldn't be in my side. I think you wont find a better servant or person at any footy club anywhere but he wouldn't be in my best 30. I think Darley have been very well represented in this side so i cant complain too much but i am absolutely baffled at how Drew Edwards hasn't made the side. He is one of Darleys most respected players who apart from Miller and Cheevers would almost be the first picked every week. Deckert and Edwards are by far our best 2 defenders and work in tandem so very well. I think the courier have just tried to pick what they feel is the best 22 players and slot them into positions anywhere. The duty of this team of the year should be to play the best players in each position ie: best back pocket for the year should only be able to qualify to play in the back pocket.
Gee i am upset that Edwards wasn't selected. I wont even bring up the fat that the best 2 forward pockets in the comp Otto and Minns havent been selected because it would seem bias but Otto is almost the only Ballarat player that Darley has respect for. We didnt show him respect early enough in our last home and away game and he kicked 4 in the first quarter. If the BFL team represents this team then i will throw a tantrum at the Henderson.
You can only assume Gav McGrath picked the side Chieftont so i wouldn't read too much into it.

I am thinking Kings Army picked it just to upset the Chief. Notice how the poor man doesn't even post here anymore, wonder why? He talked a lot of sense and was well liked by everybody.
Can't wait till the Henderson and he gets the double whammy. No more posts EVER and gets sat on his arse by the Chief. Someone please take photos or a video and youtube it.

Can I just say that Ballarat are terrible. Darley were gone early, but Ballarats woefulness kept the Devils in it.
They will be hard to stop now with a few to come back.
Not sure Darley would run down East or Ballarat in Ballarat on Grand Final day if they give them an 8 goal start.

I doubt East or Ballarat will kick 8 goals Grand Final day.

In the paper it said Peter Blanchfield got a gig in the middle because his the best tagger in the comp when Cheevo or Miller 2 of the best midfield players going round dont get a run. True with the four coming in it will make it hard for either side.
