Guys, I'm a big rap for cricket vests & I actually wear them out & about a fair bit but my wife has threatened to hide them as she thinks they look repulsive. Any suggestions?

yes dont wear them.

are u weaing the white ones or the ODI ones?

australian sporting apparel has never been a fashion statement:

1. afl jumpers
2. nrl jerseys
3. nbl jerseys
4. ODI cricket shirts

I wear my ODI Aus shirt around. Why? Because it's comfortable, doesn't get hot, looks alright and goes well with jeans.

You don't like it, stuff ya.

People that wear sporting shirts around other than to the event or after a big win should be shot.

My soccer gear is more worn than my Australia one day shirt and my North Melb gurnsey is the least worn of all my things.

There's just something about the gurnsey that doesn't appeal to me for casual wear.

Gee, and I bet V J Armitraj thought he looked sh$t-hot wearing his cricket vest playing Davis Cup tennis for India many years ago.

i love my vest for cricket as its incredibly comfortable and warm... wearing it out on the other hand isn't on. A bloke wore a vest to an 18th a few months ago, and me and my mates gave it to him in a big way.

Surely, those who try and wear a cricket vest out and about, are just trying to copy Billy Madison?

I'm about to go to the shops in mine. It's a good t-shirt, it's comfortable, not to hot, goes well with my jeans. Why shouldn't I wear it?

You still shouldn't wear ODI shirts out in the public unless you're going to a cricket match

i used to wear my richmond long sleeve jumper out for dinner.

used to wear an old training shirt the aussies wore in the early 90s (it had an ACB badge).

then i grew out of my teenager years.

still wear soccer shirts (well the socceroo one), but it looks good!

I wear my cricket tops and footy tops around alot, I dont see whats wrong with it. I love wearing my Collingwood jumper when its hot, although I probably more wear the training tops and polo tops than the actual jumpers or playing shirts
