:(
there is no hope for australia when the worst bowler in australia takes 4 wickets again.
leg-spinner who cannot spin again took 4 wickets in an ING game, after going well past 100 FC wickets for Victoria.
with his batting creaping into the 30s after starting at a very tender age, cameron white, who's bowling average is one of the best for a spinner in australia at FC and test cricket exposes the dire situation of Qld and NSW batting when he continues to get bowleds andLBWs when CLEARLY he is a non spinning leq spinner.
wTF? if White is that crap as our NSW and Qld colleagues tell us, HOW ********ING PATHETIC ARE THEIR BATSMEN???????

Nothing new about QLD's batting being pathetic this season.
Worst QLD batting in about 30 years actually. No wonder White had a field day. So could i.

Exactly Crooked.........all season the QLD batting has cost them games.
I will tell you why our batsmen are pathetic. All year they have cost us games in both comps. We rely too much on Maher to carry us. Philipson has lost form and rightfully got punted. I would bring Martin Love back- yes he is slow at number 3 and not in great form but he does provide stability. At least we were not collapsing when he was in the line-up. The line up just keeps changing too much- even Perren has been moved between opener and 6 in both forms of the game, which can't help him or the team. Players are in an out of the side like a rotation- which can't help them, particularly the young players. The bowlers and Hartley have been doing the job and actually scoring runs. The depth is not there- even if they smash runs in the second 11, they can't do it at the top level. The coach and captain need to bite the bullet and really examine why they have failed in both forms of the game.
Our problem is also some of our bowlers- Bichel, Kaspa, and Hautritz are fine. They may conceed a few runs but they take wickets. Johnson is the one who is costing us to many runs and it is hurting us big time. He has to be dropped- costing too many runs and not taking wickets. We also have a problem with the back-up- Noffke is in an out of the side, we don't have a Hopes or Watson who can bowl overs. However, the bowlers usually have a massive total to defend so I am not blaming them.
Is this thread about the NSW/QLD or a pot shot at White?

Both i believe.
And agree with both points. Whites rubbish and NSW (Without Jaques) and QLD are having poor seasons with the bat.

So you're saying NSW are too reliant on Jaques?

Thats rubbish mate. NSW are on top of both tables for a reason. They relied on Jaques to make most of the headway because thats all they HAD to do.
Poor?

Are you kidding? NSW is on top of both tables. If they are that ******** what does that say about every other team?

NSW had the schedule to help them out and they played alot of games before they lost half their side to the one day side, they will struggle for the rest of the season

Cameron White is not a good or great leg-spinner.
He is a handy bowler and nothing more.
I can't see how he would trouble batsmen CONSISTENTLY when he does not turn the ball a great deal.
Yes he will get a bag full some days, but then again, so did Gavin Robertson.

fellas, just as well you aren't a Western Warriors fan... now that is a brittle suspect batting lineup and the bowling pretty avg too!

The Warriors really shouldnt be struggling this much. A batting line up with Goodwin, Rogers, North, Langer and Martyn for most of the season should really be doing a lot better.

He is 22 years of age!! How many leg spinners were class @ 22?
ING Cup this year 8 @ 25
100 sheild wickets for a kid
He will only get better bowling a craft thats very hard to be good at. If he becomes a solid spinner and achives his batting potential Australia have a wonderful future player.

yeah with over a 100 wickets with an average in the low 30s given he was thrown to the wolves at 17 and made captain at 20, he goes ok doesn't he?
or if he is as crap as everyone says he is, then everyone else playing FC cricket in aus must be crap too...
