Anyone pick this up yesterday? It's only $37 at JBHIFI, three DVD box set. I had been waiting months for its release and I'm certainly not disappointed. If you’re a TPB fan, I defiantly recommend you shell out some hard earned dosh for this, well worth it.

Just curious. I heard good things about it, but I don't trust my sources (i.e. they believe wrestling isn't fake).
Is it like any other (past or present) shows on tv?

You honestly won't find another show like it. It's pretty much an original concept. Admittedly, you'll either loath it or love it. I’ll be honest, the first episode I ever watched, I despised. I couldn’t believe what garbage I was watching. But I gave it another chance and I was hooked. It’s not to be taken seriously, it’s just some humor. Nothing more and nothing less.
I can personally watch an episode and then watch it again and again back to back and still laugh out loud, so it has to be good in my books. I hardly ever laugh out loud at television shows too.

Only seen it the last week or so(1st time i've been in a pay TV house for a while!!) its p!$$ funny, have to keep an eye out for it when i'm in Adelaide next week

See, Minkus_Swan. Perfect example right there. You'll either love this show and laugh your guts out at it. Or you'll hate it and wonder why it was even created. They're the only two catagories.

Great show. I've watched nothing else for the last couple of weeks.
Superficially, it'd come accross to the new viewer as being extremely low-brow.
Crude Trailor Park lads, permanently drinking rum & coke, smoking/growing weed, stealing barbecues, perpetual swearing etc..
But if you seen it enough, you'll find that there is great depth to the characters and story lines, as well as a million jokes which slip under the radar the first time around.
Ricky's the star of the show, Bubbles is a lovable legend, the relationship between Lahey & Randy is mind blowingly weird and the story lines get funnier each series.
"Conky" is one of the funniest episodes of any sitcom ever. It's a gem!

Has it only just come out on DVD here? My mate has had it for over a year i reckon, probably ordered it from overseas.
I think its bloody sensational.

The more I see of this show the more amazing it gets. At first I thought it would be as superficial as 'Pizza' or whatever it was called, just a few cheap laughs. But thse characters really go on a journey and it's impossible to stop watching.

Shareaza has all the series 6 episodes that have been shown in the US. It's currently up to episode 6 (Give me my *#%@#&** money or Randy gets it)and things are getting very strange.

Just downloaded Shareaza and found four of the season six episodes up for download. Problem is, these bastards won't download. How long did it take for each of your episodes to download localyokel? I'm on broadband too.

Finally got the first episode of season six to download. I'm half way through watching it, Mr. Lahey watching the tape of his drunken antics is absolutely hilarious!
On a side note. Am I the only one who would bang Barbra Lahey?

With a broadband connection and if there's plenty of sources the quickest it will download is 3-4 hours. Some can take a couple of days. My parents use limewire and I did a couple at their house on the weekend, they were much quicker.

Apart from Jim Lahey, Randy, Ricky and Sam Bosco who have all been there I would have to say yes. Sarah on the other hand I've got a real thing about.
