10% off your Collingwood membership for watching nothing but channel 9, life membership for bombing the home and away or neighbours set, and then selling your story to ACA or 60 mins. :D

I agree.
A premiership would be like knighthood to Eddie.
yeah i second that, he wants a premiership and that would be the best way to honour him, its what he has dreamed for

Dont need to be thinking about this yet.
Ed *really* wants to stay president. This I know for sure.
2 reasons. 1) he loves it. 2) he still needs a conduit to a certain amount of media exposure for his longer term career aspirations. The CFC Presidency can give him that.
PBL insisted he resign the CFC presidency immediately. Ed argued his case not to.
He has said he will stay on at least til the end of this year. He is saying this as an out in case he cant juggle the two roles. And there are reasons why he may not be able to. Nothing to do with time, or living in Sydney either. But if he can work it he will.
By mid year I think things will become clearer.

Only the best for Eddie - whatever he wants!
Eddie has been made a life member. He's already been honoured. If the players wanted to do something special then as a few have said a flag would be as good a present as anyone could give him I reckon. For whatever the club owes him they settled it at the 2004 AGM.
