was going 10+ runs an over after 3-4 overs in his first spell, Would you sub him out of the game if your super sub was a bowler? Or would you let him work his way into form.

Obviously not if he was the strike bowler of your team and you had not batted yet ...

What? And deny him the chance to break his own Australian record (http://aus.cricinfo.com/db/STATS/ODIS/BOWLING/ODI_BOWL_MOST_EXPENSIVE.html)?

Yep, even the very best can have off days.
Hell yes I would, generally if he doesn't get off to a good start he will bowl rubbish for the rest of the game. Although it depends on how good the super-sub can bat.

I'd just end his spell until a few wickets were down. Just because a team gets off to a flyer does not change who your best bowlers are.

Lee can also bat too, better than James Hopeless, it would be dumb to sub him

Hopes opens the batting for QLD and has done very well. He is a better batsmen than Lee- look at the stats.

Would hardly call him the best. Most of his wickets in the VB series have come against a very weak South African lower order, bar Smith, of course.
