Where are all the off season upheavels so common in the old days ?

Remember the old footy vs social club battles, the "merger", the new Western Bulldogs thing, couldn't pay players, the Optus move, end of season shananagans ("This is Captain Groenewegan speaking..we are going down")

Or is it we are just better run these days ?

Its is more quieter than previous pre seasons not much news except the caneling of the storm vs dogs game which is nt going ahead.Not much else really but then again it is only early january and the boys havent started trainin they begin on the 8th.

Yeah and apparently Libba called an umpiring decision 'stupid' whilst watching at home, so watch out for the fall out over that one.
