I'm convinced the AFL wants to turn our game into a sport much more compatable with the Galic game, to progress the International Rules concept. I think they are putting way too much value on their international asperations and wish they would just leave our great game alone.

So what I'm asking is what do you want to be watching in a decade? Our great game, the Aussie Rules we were raised on or a form more like the International Rules.

Personally, I think bugger the International Rules concept, it does nothing for me and never will. I want Aussie Rules football and if its turned into something resembling International Rules, I simply wont be watching.

The IR series is quite entertaining in it's own way but watering down AFL to suit is going to ruin the game. Leave it as is.

I wouldnt worry too much, IR will only ever be a novelty, unless Gaelic want tackling in their game. We will never ditch the oval ball.
