The Ararat FNC is proud to be the home club of Jarrod Searle who is on the North Ballarat Rebels list again this season. The club has arranged for Jarrod to produce a weekly report about the Rebels for its website. The first edition was uploaded this week. The articles have been titled Rebel Yell and are designed to give some insight into the way a TAC Cup club operates, particularly a rural based team. They will be brief but hopefully reasonably informative.

If interested the article can be found at the Ararat FNC website at http://araratfc.vcfl.com.au

Very good. Makes an interesting read and well done by the young bloke for putting those together.

Also well done to the Ararat Footy Club, too often country clubs and their supporters want to complain about the TAC Cup so something like that is a positive move and hopefully something like that gives the negative ones an insight into what the kids do in the TAC competition.

Thanks for that footyman. There are a few of us trying to break down the old attitudes. Young Jaz Searle played alright in the first round and his latest production is on the AFNC website right now.

Bumping this one back to the front page.

Jarrod Searle is doing a great job providing his home club with a weekly diary of his TAC Cup involvement with the ladder-leading North Ballarat Rebels.

Lasy weekend they played in Darwin and this week's edition of Rebel Yell is very informative about their trip. A great read for those interested in how a TAC Cup club handles an interstate journey.

:thumbsu: He's a very good writer that young bloke.

He's said there that the trip was his first ever flight, I reckon thats one of the great things with the invitational games that there are young guys who get the chance to experience new things like that. Plus in North Ballarat's case it sounds like the boys spent three or four days together which would be a good thing for them as a club.

Giving this another blatant bump.

Rebels have now gone unbeaten through 16 rounds. Recent reports for rounds 13 through 15 have been uploaded. Round 16 later this week although it's the first game of the year Jarrod Searle has missed. Poor timing for a minor leg complaint.
