and the drop catch of Warne (from Astle i thnk) on 10 has cost them the test series.

New Zealand are going to have to bat for most of today setting Australia around 400, which will put Australia out of the match, and i think Australia are more than capable of surviving 1 days play against the Kiwi attack to save the match.

Hard to critical of a bloke with an unbeaten 150 and a 230 eighth wicket partnership.

Survive to lunch, agressive after lunch, bat to tea, declare, and let Vettori bowl 30 overs. No problem, test series 1-0 to New Zealand. :cool:

Good prediction mate! I thought we were a chance to get up and win today, but once Steve Waugh got out (I recall Tom Moody getting dismissed in a similar way in a 1 dayer a few years back) I knew we were just playing for the draw.
