AFL Canberra side Weston Creek defeated the Eastern Hawks (East Wagga) by around 10 goals today. Not a bad effort by the boys considering we were missing around 5 regular 1st Graders, the kids did well and the veterens had a good hit out. Tommy Daniel kicked 7 goals from full forward and will be one to watch this year. From what I know East wagga pretty much had their full side on the park and played the "5th" Quarter with their youngsters.
